Delivery time

Most items in stock leave within 1 to 2 working days. If a product is sold out, expect 3 to 7 working days. Toric, multifocal and coloured lenses can take 5 to 15 working days. The shop also notes that a global raw material shortage can currently lead to longer delivery times. When the parcel leaves the warehouse you get a dispatch confirmation with a Swiss Post tracking number, and the Track order page asks for your order number and email.

Money-back guarantee and returns

Unopened, unmarked contact lenses in the undamaged original packaging come with a 10-day money-back guarantee, and the postmark date counts as proof. It does not apply to toric, multifocal and coloured lenses. Write to [email protected] first and the details for the return arrive by email. You pay the return costs, and the credit is only issued if the pack arrives intact together with a copy of the invoice. Returns go to Feratino, Schmiedgässli 3, CH-5615 Fahrwangen.

Payment

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, PostFinance Pay, Twint or on invoice. Invoices are due 10 working days after you receive the goods. All other methods are charged when you complete the order.

Using cashback
