Shopping at iScooter UK: delivery, returns, restocking fees and cashback

· 2026-09-17

iScooter UK sells electric scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards and accessories from its UK store. For a heavy product the delivery and return rules matter more than for a T-shirt: a scooter is big, a return costs real money and some categories cannot go back at all. This guide sums up what the UK store says about both.

Delivery in the UK and beyond

Standard delivery is free to eligible UK addresses. The shop gives an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 working days for scooters and for e-bikes, which may arrive with a specialist or palletised courier because of size and weight. Accessories can ship from a different warehouse and take 3 to 10 working days, so an order with several products may arrive in separate deliveries. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Extra delivery charges can apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, remote or offshore locations and other areas that need specialist delivery. If one applies, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. A signature may be required on delivery, and if nobody is in, the courier can redeliver or leave the parcel at a local depot.

Ordering from outside the UK

The delivery rules on the UK store are written for UK addresses. If you live elsewhere, look at the country switcher at the top of the site: it links separate stores for Germany, France, the EU area and the .com site, each with its own terms. For an address outside the UK on this store, write to [email protected] before you order. Also note the shop states that riding an e-scooter on public roads, cycle paths and pavements in the UK is currently illegal, and that private land is the only legal place.

Returns and refunds

New and unused products can go back within 30 days of delivery. The return request has to reach [email protected] within 7 days of receipt, and you need proof of purchase. The scooter or e-bike must show fewer than ten kilometres, come in the original packaging and include everything that was in the box. The shop sends a return label once it confirms the request. Without that label, the shop rejects the parcel at your cost.

Returns are not free in every case. Unopened e-scooters carry a 15% restocking fee, unopened e-bikes 20%, and opened e-scooters and e-bikes 25%, plus shipping and payment platform costs. Hoverboards, the X02 mobility scooters, walking pads, treadmills and kids e-scooters cannot be returned. If a product is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact the shop with photos or video and the shop works out a replacement or refund.

Cancelling is possible within 24 hours of the order for a refund back to the original payment method. After shipping, a cancellation costs a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. If you used a discount code on a returned scooter or bike, the full value of that discount is deducted from your refund.

Payment

The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Klarna (Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days for UK residents aged 18 and over, subject to status). No extra transaction fee is charged.

Cashback on iScooter UK orders

Open the iScooter UK page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4%) is shown. Press the button, shop as usual and pay. The cashback shows up as open in your free account and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces it again, so on a big purchase it makes sense to decide within the return window.

Practical tips

  • Check the size and weight of the product before ordering, because bulky items travel with a specialist courier.
  • Keep the box and all accessories until you are sure about keeping the scooter.
  • Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher sites closed, or the click may be replaced.
