Shopping at Belando: delivery, returns and cashback

Belando is a Swiss online shop for hair care, beauty, perfume and hairdressing supplies, run by Belando AG in Olten and formerly known as eCoiffeur. It sells in Switzerland and Liechtenstein only, which matters if you are reading this from the UK, the US or the EU. We went through the shipping and returns page and the terms and conditions on belando.ch in October 2026. The shop can change them at any time.

Where Belando delivers

According to the terms, deliveries are limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. There is no delivery to other countries, so you need an address in one of the two. Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT, with shipping added on top.

Shipping costs

The shop offers two speeds. Economy (B-Post) costs CHF 5.95 and Priority (A-Post) costs CHF 7.95. Shipping with Economy is free from an order value of CHF 120. The terms state that this threshold is the net value, meaning before VAT. Priority is then available for a surcharge of CHF 2.50 on such orders, and from CHF 150 Priority shipping is free as well.

There is no fixed delivery time. The terms say that all delivery times are given without guarantee and can change without notice, for example because of supply bottlenecks.

Returns and refunds

Before you send anything back, check whether the item can be returned at all. If it can, write to [email protected] first and wait for the confirmation. A return that was not announced and confirmed is not accepted. Returns go by post only, and the 14-day period starts with the first delivery attempt of the parcel. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days after the goods arrive back at the shop.

Only unopened and undamaged products can be returned. The terms exclude unsealed beauty and cosmetic products such as shampoo, conditioner, oils, masks and make-up, unsealed hygiene items such as brushes, combs and razors, and unsealed tools such as scissors and clippers. Items marked as orderable with a longer delivery time are not returnable either.

Payment and buyer protection

For invoice purchases the shop works with the payment provider Powerpay, whose own terms apply in addition. The shop also lets you cover an order for free with the Trusted Shops buyer protection up to an order value of CHF 100. The page called "Unsere Zahlungsarten" in the footer lists the other payment methods.

Using cashback

Open the Belando page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Belando has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

Practical tips

  • If your basket is around CHF 110, check whether one more product gets you past the CHF 120 line before paying CHF 5.95 for Economy shipping. Anything you return does not count for cashback.
  • Because open cosmetics cannot be returned, keep products sealed until you know you want them.
  • Write to [email protected] before you post anything back.
  • Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
