Shopping at ARCCTV: delivery countries, delivery times and 30-day returns
ARCCTV sells solar, wired, 4G and indoor security cameras and camera kits at arcctvlife.com. Its shipping policy is unusually detailed about where parcels leave from and how long each route takes, so it is worth reading before you order from outside the United States. This guide turns that policy and the refund policy into a short overview.
Delivery countries and where parcels ship from
ARCCTV lists these destinations. For the United States, the parcel ships from the United States. For several European countries, it ships from a warehouse in Germany. The United Kingdom has a UK warehouse. Everything else ships from Hong Kong.

For the European and UK routes the shop also gives a Hong Kong option of 7 to 15 business days. Remote areas take a little longer. The shop says it can ship to most countries and recommends adding a product to the cart to see whether your address is accepted at checkout.
Shipping cost, processing and import taxes
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and shown at checkout. Orders start processing within 1 to 2 business days and a tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships. Standard shipping is used unless you ask otherwise, and it usually takes 7 to 14 business days to most countries. Prices do not include tariffs that arise when goods enter the destination country, and you pay those yourself. The country selector shows prices in euros for countries such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in pounds for the United Kingdom and in US dollars for the United States.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. ARCCTV covers return shipping and allows you to unpack, install and try the camera, so opening the box does not stop a return. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items. Products bought on sale are covered too. Ship the parcel within 3 business days of getting the return instructions. Send everything back that came in the box, with protective packaging, and remove the memory card and your account link first. The shop does not charge a restocking fee.
The refund is issued within 5 business days after the shop receives and inspects the return, to the original payment method. The original delivery charge is not refunded for a simple change of mind, except where the law requires it. For a faulty or wrong item the shop refunds the original delivery charges. In the EU and the UK, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to the 30-day offer.
Using cashback
Open the ARCCTV page at daily cashback, press the shop button and order as usual. The current rate (5%) is shown on that page. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once ARCCTV has reported the order, normally after the return window. If you send an item back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher and cashback tabs while you shop.
