Shopping at Anker SOLIX: country stores, shipping, returns and cashback

Anker SOLIX sells portable power stations, solar generators, solar panels, powered coolers and home battery systems. The brand runs one store per market on ankersolix.com, and each store has its own shipping and return page. That matters if you do not live in the United States: an order only goes through if the store for your country covers your address. We read the shipping and refund pages of the US, UK, Canadian, Australian, EU and German stores in October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so check them again at checkout.

Which store delivers where

  • US store: ships to the United States. Certain products can be restricted by local law, hazmat rules or carrier limits.
  • UK store: ships to the UK only, with VAT included.
  • Canadian store: ships to Canada, but not to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
  • Australian store: ships to Australia only.
  • EU store: ships to Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Czechia. Balcony solar systems are temporarily limited to France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Poland, and portable power stations cannot go to several countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece and Ireland.
  • German store: lists Germany, France, Austria, Spain and the Netherlands. Balcony power plant storage, solar modules and charging stations are available for Germany and Austria.

For an address in Switzerland or any country outside these lists, ask the shop before you order.

Shipping costs and delivery time

In the US, UK, Canadian and Australian stores shipping is free on all orders. The EU and German stores give free shipping from 100 euros, and the German store charges 8 euros shipping below that. Poland is free in the EU store. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days in the US and 3 to 7 business days in the UK, Canada, Australia and the EU. The German store says 3 to 7 working days inside Germany and 6 to 12 working days for the other countries it serves. Carriers are UPS or FedEx in the US, with Amazon acting as logistics partner in the UK, Australia and Germany. For the big power stations such as the F2000 and F3800, FedEx signature service is included in the US store.

Once a parcel is on its way, you cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel an order within 60 minutes after placing it and order again with the correct details. A wrong address that causes a lost parcel is at your own cost.

Returns and warranty

The US store takes back items complete and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery, for an exchange or a refund. For reasons that are not about quality, the buyer pays return shipping. You first contact support to get a return authorisation number, and you need proof of purchase. Once the returned product reaches the warehouse, the refund is issued within 14 business days. The German pages also speak of a 30-day money back guarantee, but one note says Anker SOLIX has a 14-day return period, so ask support which applies to your product. Warranty periods depend on the model and start at 12 months in the German table, with several years for solar panels, and the warranty only applies in the country where you bought the product.
