UK delivery
Standard delivery within the UK is free on orders over £45.00 after any discounts are applied. Orders of £45.00 or less pay £4.95 per order for shipping. The shop counts the UK mainland, including the Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland, and gives 3 to 5 working days for standard delivery. Parcels travel with a trackable courier, so enter a phone number and a valid email address at checkout to get tracking details from the courier. The shop aims to process orders within 24 hours, and PO box addresses cannot be delivered to because of carrier restrictions.

The US price covers parcels up to 30 kg. The delivery page says the shop offers worldwide shipping and asks customers whose country is not listed to get in touch, so write to [email protected] before you try to order from elsewhere.
Customs and import charges
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Any customs clearance charge has to be paid by the recipient, and the shop suggests asking your local customs office what applies. The footer also links an information page on US customs, duties and import charges.
Returns and refunds
The return policy lasts 14 days. The item has to be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging, and you need a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be returned. Partial refunds are possible for items that come back damaged, incomplete or later than 14 days after delivery. Once the shop has received and checked the parcel, it emails you about the approval and the refund goes back to your original payment method. You pay the return shipping yourself, and that cost is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are only made for defective or damaged items: email [email protected] first, then send the item to the returns address in Falkirk.
Using cashback
