Made in Paradis: delivery fees by country, returns and payment
Made in Paradis is a fashion and sportswear shop run from France by SPACEFOOT SAS, and the .de storefront ships far beyond Germany. Its delivery page prices every destination separately, which makes it worth a look before you fill a basket in the UK, the Nordics or the Balkans. Below are the rates and rules the shop publishes, in euros.
Delivery cost by country
The cheapest zone is the core of western Europe. Shipping to Germany costs 7.99 euros with Hermes and 8.49 euros to a DHL pickup point. France starts at 7.49 euros with Colis prive, Belgium at 7.99 euros, the Netherlands at 8.49 euros, Italy and Spain at 8.99 euros, and Portugal and Luxembourg at 9.99 euros. Austria is 12.99 euros with DPD, or 11.49 euros to a pickup point. Further out the shipping fee climbs: the Czech Republic 10.65 euros, Hungary 11.78 euros, Poland 12.11 euros, Denmark 13.38 euros, Ireland 13.99 euros, Sweden 18.54 euros, Switzerland 19.06 euros, the United Kingdom 21.07 euros (FedEx) and Greece 21.99 euros.
For many other destinations the page shows a flat 25.99 euros. That covers Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey. Liechtenstein is 26.48 euros. Some heavy or bulky items add a further charge, which the checkout shows in the shipping step.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed by 3 pm Paris time are processed within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. Each product page states its own dispatch time under the add-to-basket button, and the time can change with the size you pick. For mainland France there is an Express Chronopost option: order Monday to Thursday before 3 pm and it arrives the next day by 6 pm, with an email and SMS the day before.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. The item must come back in its original packaging with the labels attached, unworn and unwashed. Personalised goods, such as flocked football shirts or skis with mounted bindings, cannot be returned or exchanged. You pay the return postage, unless an item is faulty or wrongly sent and customer service agrees, in which case you get a prepaid label. Once a return is accepted you have 15 days to send it to the returns address in Montlouis-sur-Loire. Refunds follow within 14 days and go to your original payment method by default. You can choose credit instead, valid for 12 months. There is no direct exchange: you return the item and place a new order.

Payment
The shop lists bank transfer, Klarna, card, Apple Pay and PayPal, and some depend on your billing country. Bank transfer is offered from a basket of 300 euros, and the stock is only reserved after the money arrives. Klarna applies to baskets between 700 and 10,000 euros. PayPal is offered with payment within 30 days. Credit from a return can be used against a new order.
Using cashback
Open the Made in Paradis page at daily cashback for the current rate (1.5%), the offers and the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. Returned items are deducted.
Practical tips
- Compare the shipping fee for your country with the basket size, as one extra item is sometimes cheaper than a second parcel.
- Do not remove labels or soil items before you decide, because the return needs them intact.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
