Findbuytool: delivery countries, shipping times, returns and cashback
Findbuytool sells woodworking and machining tools such as thickness planers, table saws, router bits, lathe tools and cutterheads. The shop is run by Findbuytool Co., Limited. If you order from outside the US, the first thing to check is whether your country is on the list. This guide covers delivery countries, delivery times, the return rules and the warranty.
Where Findbuytool delivers
The FAQ says the shop currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. If you live somewhere else, you can contact the shop to ask about shipping to a different destination. The shop has its own support email, [email protected], and says it replies within 48 hours. Messages sent on a Friday are usually answered the following Monday.
Delivery times and shipping
Orders to the USA normally take 3 to 5 days. International orders take 3 to 15 days, depending on the products and the destination, and the estimate is shown at checkout. Next day shipping is available on domestic orders for an additional charge. Shipping costs are not listed on the help pages, so read the shipping line in your basket before you pay.
The shop tracks orders every day. If a parcel is lost in transit, write to the support address and the shop says it will send a replacement for free. A placed order cannot be canceled in the usual way, but if you contact the shop quickly before it ships, they will look at it.
Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original condition, unused and with all original accessories and packaging. Damaged or incomplete products, or ones with clear signs of use, are not eligible. Email the support address with the product, photos of the item and a photo of the return packaging with its dimensions. If the return is approved you receive a return label.
Return shipping for items without a defect is paid by you. If the item is defective and the claim is approved, the shop pays the return shipping. If you return something because of your own error and not a defect, the shop may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the original price. After the parcel arrives, the shop inspects it, typically within 3 to 5 business days. The FAQ says refunds are processed within 7 days after the item is received, while the refund policy mentions up to 15 days for a partial or full refund. The money goes back to the original payment method.
Warranty
All products have a 30-day warranty for quality issues or manufacturing defects. The thickness planer, table saw, miter saw and wood lathe are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty. It does not cover part failure from normal wear or tool abuse.
Payment
The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay installments, Klarna and Google Pay. If your card is declined at checkout, the payment page suggests trying PayPal or another card, or choosing PayPal and then paying with a debit or credit card without an account.

Using cashback
Open the Findbuytool page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button and order as normal. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A code from another site can cancel the cashback, so use the offers shown on the page.
Practical tips
- Keep all accessories and boxes until you are sure you keep a tool.
- Send photos of any damage to support as soon as the parcel arrives.
- Pause your ad blocker on the shop and finish the order in one visit.
