Buying tyres at Tyrigo: shipping, islands, withdrawal and cashback
Tyrigo is a tyre retailer run by Goodwheel GmbH in Soest, Germany. It sells summer, winter and all-season tyres for cars as well as motorcycle tyres. Tyres are bulky, so shipping cost, delivery time and return rules often matter more than a small price difference. This guide sums up what the shop says, with a focus on readers outside Germany.
Where Tyrigo delivers
The shipping table lists Germany only, and its rates apply to the German mainland. Islands have their own postcode list with a surcharge. For shipping abroad the shop asks you to write to [email protected], so if you live in the UK, the US, Austria or Switzerland, get delivery and the cost confirmed by email before you order.
Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping within Germany is free from 2 tyres. A single tyre costs 5,95 € to ship, while the table shows free freight for 2, 3 to 4 and more than 4 tyres. This applies to the German mainland only. For delivery addresses on the islands in the postcode list, such as Sylt, Föhr, Borkum, Norderney or Helgoland, 15,00 € per item is added to the regular parcel price.
Two more charges can apply: if you refuse to accept a parcel, or the address was entered wrongly, the shop charges 24,90 € per parcel in both cases. All prices include German VAT plus shipping costs.
Delivery time
The table gives about 1 to 5 working days. Because of seasonal peaks at the carriers, delivery currently takes a little longer than usual. During the tyre-change season dispatch can take around 1 to 3 working days longer, so leave some margin.
| At a glance | Tyrigo |
|---|---|

Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts when you receive the last item. You declare the withdrawal by letter, fax or email, or online on the website, and a sample form comes with the notice. The shop refunds your payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. Do not send them unfranked, and use the original packaging. For complete wheels, secure the front and back with cardboard and tape. If damage is caused by poor packaging, the shop reserves the right to claim compensation.
The shop does not accept complaints about tyres whose DOT date is under 36 months old.
Payment and contact
The payment page names prepayment and PayPal, and the home page adds purchase on invoice and instalments. With PayPal, shipping starts once the money is confirmed. You can reach support by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday from 9 to 16 o'clock, through the contact form, or by phone at +49 2921 3548475.
Using cashback
Open the Tyrigo page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, pick your tyres and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after Tyrigo has reported the order, normally after the withdrawal period. A returned order reduces the amount again.
Tips before you order
- Order 2 tyres together if you need a set anyway, because shipping is free from the second tyre.
- Check the tyre size and the DOT note on the product page before you pay.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher tabs closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
