The rest-of-Europe group covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. The minimum purchase for free shipping is shown in the bar at the top of the shop, and it can change with promotions. The fee for the rest-of-Europe group is shown in the basket.

The Spanish-language page of the main shop names 30 days, so check your order email or the returns form before you rely on one figure. In holiday campaigns the shop sometimes extends the period. The first return per order is free, and the shop provides the label. For further returns from the same order you pay and choose the carrier yourself.

You start a return in an online form with the email address of your order, the order number and the date. From Italy and the rest of Europe you generate the documents, download the label and drop the parcel at a UPS Access Point. When the parcel reaches the warehouse it goes through a quality check. The refund can take about 14 calendar days from the moment you send the return.

Hygiene rules limit what can go back. Panties, thongs, bodysuits, bottoms from the shaping range, complete bra and panty sets and nursing garments are excluded or only accepted in intact original packaging, and tights and stockings only with the cardboard. Swimwear must still carry its hygiene sticker. Perfumes and candles must be unused and in their original packaging.
