Starting a US company with BusinessAnywhere: costs, mailbox, cancellation and cashback

· 2026-09-21

BusinessAnywhere helps people set up and run a US company online, including founders who live outside the United States. It is a service, so there is nothing to ship. What matters are the countries it works for, what the main services cost, how payment and cancellation work, and what you get with the virtual mailbox. This guide goes through those points before you register.

Who can use it

The company says it is built for US and non-US entrepreneurs and mentions founders from over 80 countries. For company registration it states that no citizenship, residency, US visit or SSN is required. You can register an LLC, PLLC, corporation or series LLC in any of the 50 states, in DC and in Puerto Rico, and the whole process is remote.

What it costs

Registration is advertised as free from BusinessAnywhere itself: you pay only the state filing fee, which runs from $35 to $520 depending on the state. The registered agent is free for the first year and then costs $147 a year, according to the site. Other services are priced separately. Foreign qualification, for example, starts at $97 plus the state filing fee, and a company dissolution starts at $197.

Other services in the same dashboard

Beyond registration the site lists an EIN application, corporate documents, an online notary, the virtual mailbox, trademark filing, an ITIN application, a Beneficial Ownership Information report, S-Corp tax election and tax filing for foreign-owned LLCs (Form 5472 and a pro forma 1120). Banking, bookkeeping, payment processing and a business phone number come through partners. For tax and residency questions there is a consultation service, and you can book a free 15-minute call.

Virtual mailbox details

For the mailbox, USPS requires a notarized PS1583 form. Each letter or package is held free of charge for 30 days. Forwarding costs $2.00 per shipment for handling plus carrier shipping rates based on destination. Letters not forwarded in that time are securely destroyed unless you use extended storage, and packages are returned to sender. The shop also offers a Zero-Surprise Guarantee: if it charges an optional mailbox service you did not switch on, it refunds the charge and pays the same amount again, up to $300 extra, if you tell the team within 30 days.

Cancellation and refunds

The terms say that all purchases are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, so cancel before the renewal date. For a notary appointment, a no-show after five minutes leads to a 50% refund, and you must book within 10 days of purchase. Disputes fall under the law of Wyoming.

Contact

Questions go through the contact page by email. The site also has a help centre with sections on billing, payments and refunds.

Using cashback

Open the BusinessAnywhere page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to $150) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once BusinessAnywhere has reported the order. Because purchases are non-refundable, a cancelled order is the exception, but any amount that is refunded is deducted from your cashback.

Practical tips

  • Decide on the state and company type first, since the state filing fee changes the total.
  • Cancel subscriptions before the renewal date, because the shop does not refund renewals.
  • Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you order, as a later click can replace the first one.
  • A code from an outside source can cost you the cashback. Current offers are on the shop page with us.
