Trampoline Parts and Supply: shipping area, returns and cashback
Trampoline Parts and Supply sells replacement nets, mats, springs, pads and poles for trampolines, plus complete trampolines, enclosure kits and swing sets. It is a US shop with a very clear idea of where it will and will not ship, so it pays to read the shipping area before you order a heavy box. Below is what the shop's terms and return policy say.
Where the shop ships
The main US site ships to the lower 48 states. Some smaller items can also go to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Trampolines, enclosures and other heavy items are shipped to the lower 48 only. The shop does not deliver to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO addresses, and it asks you to contact it before ordering from outside the lower 48, because it may have to cancel an order whose shipping does not calculate correctly. Under International Shipping the terms simply say USA only.
Customers in Canada and Australia are sent to separate shops. The store switcher at the top left of the site lets you change between the US, Canada and Australia versions, and prices, shipping and stock belong to each one.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Orders over $39 ship free to the lower 48 states. Items with free shipping are marked on the product page, and if you combine a free shipping item with a regular one, only the regular item is charged shipping. Standard shipping is ground with UPS, FedEx or another major carrier, and you cannot choose the carrier. An order with several items can arrive in separate packages from different locations. The terms ask you to allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Oversized products travel by freight truck and take 1 to 4 weeks from the time they leave the warehouse. Freight drivers unload at the curb, and a delay of three or more days in accepting a delivery can bring a daily storage fee. If you refuse a package, the shipping is not simply cancelled: a restocking fee plus a $10 refusal fee per package applies.
| Topic | What the shop says |
|---|---|
| Free shipping | Free shipping on orders over $39, lower 48 states only |
| Standard delivery | Ground, allow 7 to 10 days |
| Oversized items | Freight, 1 to 4 weeks |
| Return window | 30 days, RMA number needed |
| Payment | Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, PayPal |
Returns and damaged parts
You have 30 days from purchase to ask for a return. Email the shop with your order number to get an RMA number and the warehouse address; do not send anything to the P.O. box. During December the window is extended to January 29. Returns must come back in resalable condition with all original contents, and every package needs a tracking number. If you return an item because you changed your mind, a restocking fee of 20 percent or $25, whichever is greater, is kept. The original shipping cost is not refunded, and you pay the return freight on items that are not defective. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned goods have arrived and been inspected.
A missing or defective part is replaced if you report it within 30 days with order number and photos. For damage in transit, tell the shop at once and keep the box and packaging until the replacement is approved, because discarding them gives up the claim. Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty, and that coverage is replacement only.
Cashback at Trampoline Parts and Supply
Open the Trampoline Parts and Supply page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) is listed with the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. The cashback shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed after the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for it.
Practical tips
- Measure your trampoline first. The shop links guides for round, rectangle and octagon sizes, and returning a wrong size costs you the restocking fee.
- Photograph the parcel before opening it if it looks damaged, and keep the box.
- If you are close to $39, check whether a small part brings free shipping.
- Do not use a code from another site at checkout, since it can replace the cashback click.
