Processing and delivery time

Orders placed before 15:00 Paris time are the cut-off for the day. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. Each product page shows its own delivery time right below the add to cart button, and it can change when you pick a different size. Express Chronopost delivers the next day before 18:00 to a home address for orders placed before 15:00 from Monday to Thursday.

For pickup points you get an email when the parcel arrives. Bring your ID and the tracking number, or send someone with a signed letter, their own ID and a copy of yours.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. Items go back in the original packaging with the tags intact, unworn and unused. Personalised products, such as a football shirt with a name or skis with mounted bindings, cannot be returned or exchanged. You pay the return shipping yourself. If a product is faulty or not as described, customer service can issue a prepaid label after checking your request.

Under the right of withdrawal the refund follows within 14 days of the shop learning of your decision, and it may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch arrive. You choose between a refund to your payment method and a voucher valid for 12 months. There are no direct exchanges: return the item, then order the right size or colour.

Payment

Available methods depend partly on your billing country, and checkout shows them all. The shop names bank transfer (from €300, with the items reserved only after payment arrives) and PayPal with the option to pay in 3 instalments without interest.
