Shopping at Purty Body: international shipping, returns and cashback

Where does Purty Body ship?
The shop says it ships within Australia and internationally and promises to deliver worldwide. The shipping policy names these regions: New Zealand, Asia, the USA, the UK and Europe, Central and South America, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed and dispatched within one to two business days.
Shipping cost and time by region
Standard shipping inside Australia costs $12.95, express $15.95. For the rest of the world the policy lists a flat shipping fee per region:
- New Zealand: $15 shipping, 4 to 7 days
- Asia: $20 shipping, 4 to 9 days
- USA: $20 shipping, 5 to 9 days
- UK and Europe: $25 shipping, 8 to 12 days
- Central and South America: $25 shipping, 11 to 17 days
- Saudi Arabia: $30 shipping, 5 to 8 days
- United Arab Emirates: $32 shipping, 5 to 8 days
The FAQ is more cautious and says international orders normally arrive within 2 to 4 weeks after shipping, because they have to pass through customs. Once a parcel has left the warehouse, the shop cannot influence the carrier. Free shipping applies to Australian addresses only; the policy names an order value of $150, while the banner and FAQ mention $100, so check the basket.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply under your country's rules. The shop states that these charges are the customer's responsibility, and it recommends asking your local customs office. If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact the shop within three days of the expected delivery date. The solution can be a replacement, a refund or an insurance claim.
Returns and exchanges
The refund policy is strict. Changing your mind is not a reason. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it within 14 days, provided the garment is unworn, in its original condition and with the hygiene liner intact. Items missing the hygiene sticker, tags or protective bag are not accepted. After the parcel arrives, processing takes up to 7 business days. For faulty goods the shop pays the return shipping, for a size change you do. The shop recommends registered post, since it is not responsible for lost returns.
