Shopping at Gshopper: worldwide shipping, delivery times, returns and cashback
Gshopper is an online marketplace for electronics and gadgets such as phones, laptops, robot vacuums, e-scooters and power stations. It describes itself as a shop beyond borders and sends goods from several fulfilment centres, some in the EU and some in China and Hong Kong. That mix decides how long your order takes and whether you pay import fees. We read the shipping policy, the return policy and the help centre in October 2026. Policies change, so check the product page for your country.
Where Gshopper ships
The help centre says Gshopper ships worldwide from various fulfilment centres. The shipping policy table lists the European Union as the delivery region, so the EU is the best documented market. Some items cannot be delivered to certain regions because of brand restrictions or local customs rules, for example some beauty products. If a product is blocked for your address, the checkout tells you so. Prices on the site follow the default currency of the destination country, and the currency selector offers many currencies.
Shipping cost
Shipping fees depend on weight, destination, shipping method and warehouse, and the exact amount is shown at checkout. The shop says the vast majority of products ship for free and that any extra shipping fee is stated on the product page.
Delivery times
The policy says orders usually take 7 to 15 business days, in some cases one to four weeks after dispatch. The help centre gives an average of 7 to 20 business days and says tracking updates 3 to 7 days after shipping. These estimates exclude processing time. The table in the policy splits them by method and warehouse:
| Method | From warehouse | Delivery to the EU |
|---|---|---|
| Standard shipping | China and Hong Kong | 15 to 45 business days |
| Priority line | China and Hong Kong | 10 to 20 business days |
| Express shipping | China and Hong Kong | 7 to 20 business days |
| Standard shipping | EU warehouses | 3 to 7 business days |
| Priority line | EU warehouses | 2 to 5 business days |
| Express shipping | EU warehouses | 2 to 3 business days |
Remote areas can take longer. If your order has not arrived in time, email [email protected].
Customs and import fees
For items shipped from a local warehouse, no customs fees are charged. For items shipped from overseas, your country's customs may charge fees, and the order details show the customs and tax information before you pay. Gshopper does not charge international banking fees, but your bank might if it treats the payment as foreign.
Returns and refunds
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, but only after the support team has approved it. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you and the original shipping fee is not refunded, unless the item arrived dead on arrival. For that case you must write to support within 7 days. Refunds are processed 3 to 6 business days after the item is received. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours, card refunds 7 to 14 business days. Orders can be changed or cancelled only within 12 hours after you place them.
Payment
The help centre lists more than ten methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Sofort, Giropay, iDeal, Multibanco, Przelewy24 and Line Pay. Which ones you see depends on your country.
Using cashback
Open the Gshopper page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button and order in the same browser session. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Gshopper has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Look at the shipping origin on the product page: an EU warehouse can mean days instead of weeks.
- Check the customs note in the order details when the item ships from overseas.
- Finish the order in one visit, and keep other cashback sites closed.
