NOMO chocolate: UK delivery, shipping costs, refunds and cashback
NOMO sells chocolate bars and gift boxes that are free from dairy, gluten, egg and nuts. The brand belongs to Kinnerton Confectionery and is made at a factory in Norfolk. The shop is built for customers in Britain, and that shapes everything below. We read the shipping page, the refunds policy and the FAQ on nomochoc.com in October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so look at the checkout before you pay.
Where NOMO delivers
The shop states that it ships throughout the UK only. There is no delivery to addresses in the EU, the US or anywhere else. Two UK areas are also left out: the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. The FAQ page adds Northern Ireland to that list, while the shipping page only asks for an extra day in Northern Ireland and remote areas. If you live in Belfast, check your postcode at checkout before you fill the basket.
If you live outside Britain, the practical route is to send the order to a friend or relative with a UK address. Everything is priced in pounds sterling.
Shipping cost and speed
Standard delivery costs £4.99 for orders under £50 and is free for orders over £50. There is also a minimum order of £20. Standard parcels travel with Evri. NOMO aims to dispatch on the same working day and asks you to allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Next Day shipping costs £7.99 and goes with DPD. Order before 3pm on a working day and the parcel should arrive the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend leave on the next working day, and remote areas and Northern Ireland need one more day. A confirmation email or text with a tracking link follows your order.

Returns and refunds
NOMO sells food, so it does not take back orders once they have been dispatched. That covers a change of mind, opened or eaten products and flavours you simply did not like. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law stay untouched.
If something arrives damaged, melted, defective, wrong or unsafe to eat, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a short description and clear photos of the product and the packaging. Depending on the case the shop offers a replacement or a partial or full refund, paid to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Chocolate can soften on the way in warm weather. The shop says slight softening is not automatically a defect, but a badly melted parcel is worth reporting with photos.
Payment
NOMO accepts the major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You choose the method at the secure checkout.
Using cashback
Open the NOMO page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once NOMO has reported the order. Because food cannot be returned, refunds are rare, but a refunded item would reduce the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Add up your basket before you pay. Shipping is £4.99 below £50, so a basket of £46 often works out cheaper with one more bar.
- Order Christmas boxes and advent calendars early, as dispatch can slow down in busy periods.
- Avoid ordering for a warm weekend. A parcel that waits in a hot hallway is the main cause of melted chocolate.
- Keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
