The Flex tariff is an upgrade: rebooking or cancelling is possible up to 15 or 29 days before arrival. On flexible hotel rates cancelling is free until 6 pm on the arrival day.

Lidl Reisen names a best price guarantee for the top offers in its current flyer: find the same trip cheaper elsewhere within 3 days of booking and it repays the difference. Unjustified special discounts are excluded.
