Betty Barclay online: delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, returns and cashback

· 2026-10-03

Betty Barclay is a German fashion label from Nussloch near Heidelberg, and its online shop at bettybarclay.com runs in German. If you live in the UK, the US or anywhere else outside the German-speaking countries, the first thing to know is where the parcel can actually go. The details below come from the shop's own service pages and may change, so the checkout always has the final say.

Where Betty Barclay delivers

The page on shipping and payment says that deliveries are only possible to addresses in Germany. The help section goes a step further and lists prices for Austria and Switzerland as well. Because the two pages differ, treat Germany as the safe case and look at the cart if you want to send an order to Austria or Switzerland. Parcels go with DHL, and you can also choose a DHL Packstation or a Postfiliale as the delivery address. The billing address and the delivery address may differ, so a friend or relative in Germany can receive the parcel for you.

Shipping costs and delivery time

The help section names these standard shipping prices: 4,95 € for Germany, 4,95 € for Austria and 6,95 CHF for Switzerland. The page on shipping and payment mentions 3,95 € shipping and free delivery from 125 € order value instead. As the shop shows both figures, the cart tells you which one applies when you order.

For delivery time the help section gives 1 to 3 working days within Germany, 2 to 4 working days to Austria and 3 to 6 working days to Switzerland. During sales, on public holidays and in busy weeks it can take longer.

Returns and refunds

You can send items back within 30 days of receiving them. Use the return label that comes with the parcel and fill in the enclosed return form with your reason. If the label is missing, customer service will help. The shop writes that it covers the cost of the return. A direct exchange is not possible, so you place a new order for the other size or colour. Once the return has arrived at the logistics centre, the credit is started automatically and usually reaches you within 14 working days, on the same route you paid with.

Check a delivery for damage straight away. If something is missing or broken, contact customer service, which you reach by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Missing items have to be reported to DHL within seven working days.

Payment

The shop accepts invoice with Klarna (30 days to pay after dispatch), instalments with Klarna, direct bank transfer or direct debit via Klarna, PayPal and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Payments are handled by Adyen.

Using cashback

Open the Betty Barclay page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4%) and the offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback appears as open in your free account and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item is deducted again. Cashback applies to the German shop of Betty Barclay.

Good to know

  • Voucher codes are tied to one country shop. The shop states that a code from the German shop does not work in the Austrian one.
  • A voucher cannot be added to an order afterwards, so apply it in the cart before paying.
  • Use only one cashback or voucher site per order. A later click can replace the first one, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
  • Gift cards are sold and redeemed in the stores only.

As of October 2026.
