Using EventsAiLink: memberships, billing, cancellation and cashback
EventsAiLink is a US-based event platform that combines planning software with human event managers. It is not an online shop with parcels, so shipping does not matter here. What counts is who can use it from where, how the memberships are billed, and what the refund and cancellation rules say. What you can do with it
Personal events such as birthdays, weddings, reunions and dinners are free to create. You make an account, build the event and send digital invites while tracking the replies. Corporate events like conferences, launches and galas need a paid plan. Add-ons include talent booking, an on-demand hospitality workforce and a free AI event planner that drafts concept, timeline, checklist and budget.
Membership tiers
Individuals can join a membership with five tiers called Purple, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black, priced at $29.99, $49.99, $149.99, $399.99 and $999.99 per month, and each higher tier includes everything from the one below it.
The lower tiers cover a member profile, the live connection network and member pricing on events. Silver adds access to member-only events. Gold brings priority registration and early event access. Platinum adds VIP entry and private member events. Black is on request by invitation. You can move up a tier at any time.
Who can use it and how you pay
You have to be 18 or the age of majority in your country. The terms say prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout, and that currency and amount are confirmed before you pay. International clients are served through supported regional payment methods. Corporate invoices above USD 1,000 can be settled by ACH where it is available. Taxes, duties or charges set by your own country are yours unless the shop says they are included.
Cancellation and refunds
Membership fees renew automatically until you cancel. You cancel from your account, which stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. The shop does not pro-rate partial periods unless local law requires it.
The refund policy calls memberships generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. A duplicate charge or a charge made in error is corrected in full. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, and most settle within 5 to 10 business days, with the final timing set by your bank. Currency conversion differences and card fees from your bank are not reimbursed.
Rights under your local law prevail. The policy names the 14-day withdrawal right for eligible digital purchases in the EU and the UK as an example. The AI event blueprint is free. The one-time detailed plan can be refunded within 7 days only if it has not yet been generated or unlocked. Booking cancellations
For talent and workforce bookings, the cancellation rules depend on timing. More than 7 days before the engagement you get a full refund of the booking amount minus platform and verification fees. Between 3 and 7 days, a partial cancellation fee may apply. Less than 48 hours before, the booking is generally non-refundable. Deposits for managed events are non-refundable once planning or vendor work has begun.

Using cashback
Open the EventsAiLink page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then sign up and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once EventsAiLink has reported the order. If a payment is refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Start with the free personal event or the free AI blueprint to see whether the platform fits before you pay for a membership.
- Cancel a membership before the next renewal date, since partial periods are not pro-rated.
- For a booking with talent, check the timing windows first because the refund shrinks as the date gets closer.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, because either can break the cashback click.
