WeRoll: delivery to Germany and Austria, payment and withdrawal
WeRoll is a German retailer of electric scooters run by WeRoll Tech GmbH in Willich, with models from several makers listed with a road-approval (ABE) note. The shop serves two countries only, which keeps its rules short. This guide is for English-speaking buyers in Germany and Austria and covers delivery, payment and withdrawal.
Delivery to Germany and Austria
Shipping is possible by default only to the countries named on the shipping page. Inside Germany shipping is free, and Austria costs 15 euros. For other European countries the page says delivery is not supported at the moment. Parcels travel with DPD (DPD Express) or DHL. If you live elsewhere in Europe, plan on another retailer.
How long it takes
The delivery time of the carriers is 3 to 5 days after the payment has arrived. The fastest option is 1 to 2 days with DPD Express, depending on how far your address is from the warehouse and on real-time express capacity. If the delivery is delayed, WeRoll says it informs you by email or phone, and you can always ask customer service about the status. Payment
WeRoll lists PayPal with buyer protection, Klarna instalments, Sofort bank transfer, normal bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Your order is only processed and shipped once the payment has arrived. For transfers from abroad, any bank charges are yours, and if the amount arrives short by a fee, the shop holds the delivery until the full amount is in. Card payments are protected with 3D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm.
Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you or a person you name takes possession of the goods, and for several items delivered separately, from the last one. Send a clear statement to WeRoll Tech GmbH, Hausbroicher Str. 62, 47877 Willich, [email protected], or use the withdrawal form on the shop. Sending it before the deadline is enough. WeRoll refunds all payments including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method and without fees. It may hold the refund until the goods are back or you show proof of dispatch.
One rule is easy to miss. The company address in Willich is not the return address. Wait for the return instructions from support, which give you the correct address, and do not send goods unannounced. After shipping, tell the shop the tracking number. Who pays for the return postage is best clarified with support before you ship. Items that are not packet-shippable are collected by the shop.

Using cashback
Open the WeRoll page at daily cashback for the current rate (1.5%), the offers and the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed once WeRoll has reported the order. Returned items are deducted.
Practical tips
- Paying by transfer delays the dispatch until the money arrives, so PayPal or card gets the scooter moving sooner.
- Keep the original box until the withdrawal period is over, since a scooter is awkward to pack again.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
