Ordering from Uhr & Uhr: worldwide shipping, customs, returns and cashback
Uhr & Uhr is a German online shop for watches, sunglasses and jewelry, run by SAV Ziel Handel GmbH in Alsdorf. Brands in the menu include Casio, Festina, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Swarovski and Pandora. The shop ships worldwide, so it is worth knowing what happens with shipping, customs and returns when your address is outside Germany.
Shipping abroad
The shop banner promises free worldwide shipping on orders from €500 and free, fast delivery inside Germany. For a smaller order outside Germany the shipping charge is not listed in a table. The shop says it is calculated and shown at checkout, so add the item to the cart and enter your country to see the figure. The delivery pages say the items are available worldwide.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday except public holidays. Estimated delivery times are given after you place the order and count from the dispatch date, not the order date. After dispatch you get an email with a tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
For parcels leaving the EU, the shop states that it is not responsible for customs and tax charges. Any fees raised during or after shipping are the customer's job to pay. If you order to the UK, Switzerland, the US or another non-EU country, ask your local customs office what applies before you buy a higher-priced watch.
Payment

Returns and warranty

Return shipping is described differently too: one page says label costs are deducted from your refund if you simply do not like the item, and another says the shop bears the cost of the return.
