Shopping at TWOJEMEBLE: shipping, carry-in, delivery abroad and returns
TWOJEMEBLE is a Polish online furniture store run by Omega Meble from Wieliczka near Kraków. The shop speaks Polish and its logistics are built for Poland, but it also says that it organises deliveries abroad. If you live outside Poland, or buy for a flat there, the terms below explain how shipping, carry-in and returns work for bulky items.
Shipping costs in Poland
Standard shipping starts at 39 zł and depends on the number, size and weight of the pieces. The product page shows the cost for that item. Whatever you put in the basket, the shop states that the whole shipping bill will not exceed 139 zł. Standard shipping is free for orders from 3000 zł.
The courier brings the furniture to your address between 8:00 and 20:00 on weekdays and unloads it from the vehicle. Carrying it inside is not included. Each parcel has its own number so you can follow it.
Express, carry-in and pickup
- Standard Express 48h: only for orders that contain nothing but items marked for it. The shop sends them within 48 working hours of the payment being booked, or of the contract date for cash on delivery.
- Delivery with carry-in: a two-person team carries the furniture to the first door of your flat or house, on any floor. You choose it in the basket under additional services and the price depends on weight, size and number of pieces. A delivery window of 4 hours (8:00 to 12:00, 12:00 to 16:00 or 16:00 to 20:00) adds 30 zł to the shipping.
- Pickup point: collecting the order yourself at a point in Poland costs no shipping. The order waits for 3 working days after it reaches the point.
Delivery outside Poland
The shop does not publish a country list. It says the cost of foreign delivery is set individually, based on the furniture ordered and the exact address. To get a quote, call the hotline or place an order with a foreign address, and the consultants price the shipping.
Payment
You can pay by PayU online transfer, Visa or Mastercard, BLIK, Google Pay, 0% instalments, longer low-interest instalments of up to 60 payments, or a classic bank transfer. Cash on delivery exists for items marked "Wysyłka 48h" and for other furniture under conditions shown at checkout.
Returns and complaints
Consumers can withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days, counted from the day after the goods are delivered. The return transport is paid by the customer. The right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or to sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. For returns, call the hotline or write to the shop.
If a part arrives damaged or missing, the shop sends new parts at its own cost. You fill in the complaint form with a description, photos and, for transport damage, the carrier's damage report. The shop answers within 14 days.

Open the TWOJEMEBLE page at daily cashback first. Current offers and shipping promotions for the shop are listed there and we check them daily, and the rate is shown as 1.5%. Press the button and finish your order in the same tab. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after the shop has reported the order. If you send furniture back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can replace the tracking and cost you the cashback.
