Shopping at The Skin Deep: delivery, customs, exchanges and cashback
The Skin Deep sells relationship card decks and games, plus digital toolkits you download. It also ships physical orders abroad. Before you order from the UK site, it helps to know how long a parcel takes, what the shop says about customs and what you can and cannot send back, because the return rules are strict.
Shipping and delivery time
Physical orders are processed automatically by the fulfilment center and usually leave within 2 to 3 business days, though holidays can delay that. You get an email with tracking details as soon as the order ships. The shop estimates arrival within 3 to 6 business days. Express shipping is available as a checkout option and should arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Digital products arrive differently: a download link appears right after checkout and comes by email as well, so check your spam folder if it is missing.
Shipping abroad and customs
The Skin Deep ships outside the US. International shipments may be subject to import fees, customs duties and additional taxes, and the buyer pays them. They depend on the destination country, so the shop cannot give one figure. The FAQ also mentions free shipping within the US for orders over $65; that offer is not stated for other countries, so your cart shows the shipping cost for your address.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
All sales are final, with one exception for exchanges. Physical products can be exchanged if they come back in original condition, including the plastic wrapping, within 14 days of purchase. You pay the delivery costs yourself unless the item was faulty or wrong. The shop does not offer refunds for returns or exchanges. Digital products that have been downloaded cannot be returned or exchanged.

A cancellation request has a short window: write within 12 hours of ordering and the shop will try to stop the order, although it cannot promise to. Address, products and contact details cannot be changed after you order, so check them before paying.
Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered to your checkout address, the shop is no longer responsible for loss or theft, but it reviews such cases individually. For lost parcels, no tracking update for 15 days (US) or 20 days (international) must pass before a claim qualifies.

Open the The Skin Deep page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the exchange window. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A voucher code from another site can cancel the click.
