Shopping at Stickabush from abroad: shipping zones, returns and cashback

Stickabush is a streetwear and sneaker store from Berlin, in business since 2009, with brands such as Carhartt WIP, Alpha Industries, adidas Originals and Karhu. Unusually for a fashion shop, its shipping page spells out prices for six zones that cover the world, so it is a useful one to check if you live outside Germany. We read the shipping and refund policies on stickabush.com in October 2026. The shop can change them, so check again at checkout.

Shipping costs by zone

Within Germany shipping is a flat €5.99 for orders under €80 and free from €80, sent as an insured parcel regardless of weight. All prices include German VAT at the rate of nineteen percent. Abroad the shop uses these zones:

  • Zone 1, EU: Belgium, Denmark, France (mainland), Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czechia. Flat €15.99, free from €300.
  • Zone 1, non-EU: Liechtenstein and Switzerland, €22.99 shipping.
  • Zone 2: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City and Great Britain. Flat €19.99, free from €300.
  • Zone 3, EU: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus. Flat €29.99, free from €300.
  • Zone 3, non-EU: including Norway, Iceland, Serbia and Ukraine, €22.99 shipping.
  • Zones 4 to 6: Turkey, Israel, Egypt and Russia in zone 4, countries such as the USA, Canada, Japan, China, India and Singapore in zone 5, and the rest of the world in zone 6. Flat €59 for all of them, free from €600.

The shop warns that customs fees can apply to orders outside the European Union. It does not say how much, so ask your local customs office before you order.

Dispatch and carriers

Orders are packed within 2 working days after the payment has arrived, on working days from Monday to Friday. Stickabush ships with DHL / Deutsche Post and also delivers to DHL pack stations. DHL makes up to two delivery attempts, after which the parcel waits 7 working days at the nearest post office before going back. For orders from abroad under 1 kg and under €50 the shop may choose Deutsche Post Warenpost, bigger values go by DHL Premium, and a local DHL partner may do the last mile. A tracking number arrives by email after dispatch. Delivery time is not stated, so plan some extra days for the higher zones.

If you are in Berlin you can skip shipping with Click & Collect at the store in Gräfestraße 84, which is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving an item to ask for a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you need proof of purchase. Write to [email protected] first, because parcels sent without an approved return are not accepted. You pay the return postage. After approval the refund goes to the original payment method within 10 working days. The policy excludes sale items and vouchers, perishable goods, custom orders and personal care products. For deliveries to the EU the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies, with a withdrawal form on the same page.

Using cashback

Open the Stickabush page at daily cashback. It shows the current rate (5%) and the offers we found, each with the date it was last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once Stickabush has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

A few practical tips

  • Abroad, the €300 free-shipping line is high for one pair of sneakers. Splitting an order into two parcels means you pay the zone price twice.
  • Sale items cannot be returned, so check the size chart before you buy them.
  • Outside the EU, ask about import fees before you order.
  • Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
