Ordering from Osann: shipping to 7 countries, returns and cashback
Osann is a German brand for child car seats, strollers and baby beds, run by Osann GmbH from Gottmadingen near Lake Constance. The online shop sells to customers outside Germany too, and the costs differ a lot from country to country. This guide lists what the shop states for each destination, how returns from abroad work and how cashback fits in.
Which countries Osann ships to
The shop names seven destinations: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Spain. Parcels go out with DHL or DPD and can be sent to home or business addresses. Other countries are not listed on the shipping page.

Only Germany and Switzerland have a free shipping threshold on the shop page. For the other four countries the flat fee applies to every order, so a single stroller accessory costs the same to ship as a full car seat.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders that arrive before 11 am are shipped the same day. You get an order confirmation first and a second message with a tracking link once the parcel is packed. Within Germany delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days. For all other countries the shop gives about 3 to 5 days.
Returns from abroad
You can send an order back within 30 days of receiving it. The item has to be unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging, as in a physical store. Returns inside Germany are free. From other countries the shop deducts a flat return shipping fee from your refund:
- Austria and Netherlands: 5.25 € return shipping
- Switzerland: 6.99 € or 6.99 CHF return shipping
- France: 7.35 € return shipping
- Italy and Spain: 21.60 € return shipping
An exchange is not part of the service. If you want a different model, order it again and send the first one back. To start a return, use the contact form and you receive a return label. With a printer you stick it on the parcel; without one, the return slip carries a QR code that a carrier branch scans to print the label. Refunds arrive 3 to 5 days after the parcel is received and checked, paid back with the original payment method.
Payment
The shop accepts PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A customer account is optional and saves your details for later orders.
Cashback with daily cashback
Open the Osann page at daily cashback, where the current offers are listed and checked every day. Press the shop button, then order as usual. Your cashback (5%) first shows as open in your free account and turns confirmed once Osann has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips for ordering abroad
- Check the shipping line in the basket before you pay, because the country you pick decides the fee.
- If you live in Italy or Spain, think about the return cost before you order: it is much higher than for Austria or the Netherlands.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, because a later click can replace the first one.
