Shopping at Odlo: Swiss shop delivery, country shops, returns and cashback
Odlo is a Swiss brand for base layers, running wear and ski clothing, based in Hünenberg. Its online shop is split into country shops. Where Odlo delivers
On the Swiss shop you order goods for delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For other markets Odlo points to separate country shops: Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Austria, Spain, the United Kingdom, the rest of the EU and the United States. If you live in the UK or the US, you order from the shop of your own country, not the Swiss one, and prices, currency and conditions can differ there.
Some areas are excluded: Samnaun in Switzerland, Heligoland and Büsingen in Germany, Livigno and Campione in Italy, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain, Northern Ireland and Gibraltar in the United Kingdom, and Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Overseas territories of France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are not served either.
Shipping cost, delivery time and customs
Shipping inside Switzerland is free. The minimum order value is CHF 29.90. Parcels travel with Swiss Post and take 2 to 5 working days. When the parcel has left the warehouse you receive a tracking number by email, and tracking data can take up to 24 hours to appear. If you are not at home you get a collection notice and pick the parcel up at the post office. The shop states that no customs charges apply inside the EU.
Once you have placed and paid for an order it goes straight to the warehouse and can no longer be changed. Check address, size and colour before you submit.

Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and, on top, a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt. Goods must be complete, unused and undamaged. Sending the goods back in time is enough to keep the deadline.
On the Swiss shop returning is free. With the Pick@Home service of Swiss Post the postal service collects the parcel at your door, or you send it yourself with the label in the box. There is no direct exchange: you order the other size or colour as a new order. After the return has been checked the money goes back by the payment method you used. This can take up to 14 working days, and a confirmation email follows.
Payment
Odlo accepts Twint, purchase on invoice, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Adyen handles the payment, and the card is only charged when the goods ship. If your bank adds foreign fees, Odlo refunds them on request through customer service.
Using cashback
Open the Odlo page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. The page is in German. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Odlo has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
