Mini Power: delivery to the EU, shipping at checkout and the 30-day return explained

· 2026-10-15

Mini Power (miniminipower.com) is a German shop for balcony power plants, solar storage, cables and accessories, with products from brands such as Anker Solix. It is run by New Power GmbH from Weilheim in Upper Bavaria, with a Munich phone number and a pickup option. We read the shipping page, the terms and the withdrawal policy in October 2026. Shipping solar storage is not like posting a book, so this guide sticks to what the shop actually states.

Which countries Mini Power delivers to

The shop says it delivers to Germany, Austria and other member states of the European Union, as long as your delivery country can be selected at checkout. It does not publish a country list. If your country is not in the drop-down, the order cannot go through. The United Kingdom, the United States and Switzerland are not mentioned, so we cannot confirm them. Prices are in euro, and the tax shown depends on the delivery country and the customer type, with the final calculation at checkout.

How shipping is priced

There is no fixed shipping table. The shop calculates the available shipping methods and costs after you enter the delivery address and shows the full total before you pay. The result depends on the address, the product, its weight, shipping restrictions and the warehouse. Heavy, bulky or dangerous goods can require a freight forwarder or special transport instead of a normal parcel. This applies to batteries and storage units in particular, which must follow transport and safety rules. Several items may arrive in separate shipments, and this can mean several tracking numbers. Consumers do not pay extra for split delivery unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery time

The delivery window is worked out by the shop's own Smart Shipping system from stock, warehouse, country, shipping method and basket, and it appears on the product page, in the cart or at checkout. Working days mean Monday to Friday, and public holidays at the dispatch or delivery place can add time. For pre-order items, the expected shipping start comes from the availability date shown on the product. If one order holds several items, the longest window applies unless the shop splits it.

Self pickup

Pickup is possible once the shop confirms the order is ready. From 10:00 to 15:00 no appointment is needed, and from 15:00 to 18:00 you must book one.

Returns

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days from receiving the last item. On top, the shop grants a voluntary return from day 15 to day 30 for suitable goods. Tell the shop by day 30, wait for its confirmation and instructions, and send the goods back within 14 days. Excluded from the voluntary period are all cables, goods without the full original packaging, goods that were unpacked and connected to a power grid, storage or other source or put into operation, and goods used beyond a visual and completeness check. During the voluntary period the original delivery cost is not refunded.

The customer pays the return postage, and the shop provides no return slip unless the item is faulty. A claimed defect must be backed by a written statement from an expert or the manufacturer. Never send batteries, storage or devices with lithium batteries back without the shop's transport and packing instructions. Do not refuse a parcel that has shipped: refusing acceptance can cost a double shipping fee, calculated as 1.00 EUR per kg plus 5.00 EUR in Germany and 1.50 EUR per kg plus 15.00 EUR in other EU countries. If you ask for a refund after ordering but before delivery, the shop charges a transaction fee of 1.8% for card payment and 3.0% for PayPal or Klarna.

Using cashback

The Mini Power page at daily cashback shows the current rate (0.9%) and the offers we found, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback is pending in your free account and becomes confirmed after the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount by its share.

Practical tips

  • Enter your real delivery address in the cart first. Only then does the shop show the shipping cost for your order.
  • Pre-order products ship on the availability date, so check that date against your plans.
  • Finish in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop to keep the click.
