Shopping at Manfield: shipping, delivery area, returns and cashback
Manfield is a shoe retailer with its own stores and an online shop. The German-language site manfieldschuhe.de sells to customers in Germany and Luxembourg. It belongs to a Dutch company, and the central warehouse is in Tilburg, which matters for returns. We read the shipping and delivery page, the exchange and return page and the payment page on manfieldschuhe.de in October 2026. Terms can change, so use the basket as the last check.
Where Manfield delivers
The delivery area of the German shop is Germany and Luxembourg. The shipping page also says Manfield delivers across Europe and lists separate prices for the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries. Those prices belong to the brand's other country shops, which you can reach through the language switch at the top of the page. For an order on manfieldschuhe.de only Germany and Luxembourg count. If you live in the UK, the US or Switzerland, do not expect delivery here, and check at checkout before you fill a basket.
Shipping cost and delivery time
For Germany the page lists a shipping fee of €3.95. Shipping to the Netherlands is €3.50, to Belgium €3.95 and other European countries €4.95. The basket shows the exact shipping cost.
If the item is in stock, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. With several items the longest time applies. Over the holidays delivery can take 3 to 7 working days. DHL delivers. If you are out, DHL tries the neighbours or leaves the parcel at a service point for up to 7 days, after which it goes back to Manfield. Delivery by arrangement is not possible. You receive an order confirmation and a dispatch email with a tracking link.

Exchanges and returns
You can return shoes and bags within 14 days of receiving them. Besides the legal right of withdrawal, the shop calls this a voluntary return guarantee. Trying items on at home is expressly allowed, but they must not have been worn. They go back in the original packaging with label and care instructions and must be listed on the return slip. You do not have to give a reason.
There is no direct exchange: send the item back and place a new order yourself. Returning with DHL is free if you stick the label from the parcel over the shipping label and hand it in at a DHL service point. With another carrier you pay and carry the risk. If you send back the entire order, the shop refunds the shipping fee but charges €3.95 return costs and sets one against the other, so you do not get the shipping fee back. In the stores shipping and returns are always free. Money returns within 5 to 10 working days after the parcel arrives. For Klarna invoices Klarna is informed automatically.
Warranty
Manfield gives 6 months on factory defects. Zips, heels and applications are excluded, and care and wear stay your responsibility.
Payment
You can pay with Klarna, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal. The page footer shows Afterpay symbols too, but the payment methods page does not list Afterpay.
Using cashback
Open the Manfield page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. The page is in German. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Manfield has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If you are unsure about the size, ordering two is fine, but remember that returning the entire order sets the €3.95 return costs against your shipping fee.
- Try shoes on a clean carpet, since worn items are not taken back.
- Keep the return receipt until the confirmation email arrives.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, because a later click can replace the first one.
