Buying a KNOPF watch from abroad: shipping, returns and cashback
KNOPF is a New York watch brand that sells directly through knopfwatches.com. The shop is based in the US but sends to customers around the world. Here is what delivery costs depending on where you live, how long it takes, how returns and the warranty work and how you can collect cashback on an order.
Delivery countries and shipping costs
KNOPF states that it offers worldwide shipping on all products. There are two options on the shipping page. Standard delivery within the USA is free. International standard shipping costs 55 USD. So the price of getting a watch to the UK, Canada, Australia or Europe is a flat amount that does not depend on the order value. The site has a currency and country selector listing many countries, so you can browse in your local currency.
Whether customs duties or import taxes apply to your address is not described on the shipping page. Ask support at [email protected] before you order if you want to be sure about local charges.
How long delivery takes
All orders ship the next day. After dispatch, delivery within the USA takes 3 to 4 business days and international delivery 6 to 12 business days. You get an email with a tracking number once the package leaves the distribution center. A signature is required on delivery for all KNOPF orders, so plan for someone to be at the address or arrange a safe pick-up.
Returns and exchanges
KNOPF has a 30-day return policy. From the day you receive the watch you have 30 days to ask for a full refund or an exchange. The watch has to be in perfect, sellable condition, unworn, undamaged, with its tag and in the original packaging, and you need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start, email [email protected] with the details. If the return is accepted you get a return shipping label, and the shop pays the return shipping. Parcels sent without asking first are not accepted. For an exchange, include everything from the box: the certificate of authenticity, the polishing cloth and the tag. If a watch is scratched or damaged, the exchange is denied. After the shop has received and checked the watch, the refund goes back to your original payment method, although your bank may need some time to post it.
Warranty
If the watch stops working within the first year, KNOPF says it sends a brand new replacement. Beyond that the watch is covered by a three year warranty against mechanical defects. For problems during the warranty period write to support, and if needed the shop provides a shipping label to send the watch to its manufacturing partner.
Payment options
The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo and Klarna. Monthly payments are available with Klarna.

Using cashback
Open the KNOPF page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) and the offers we check every day are shown. Press the shop button and order as normal. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed after KNOPF has reported the order, normally once the 30-day return window has passed. If you send the watch back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so stick to the offers on the page.
Practical tips
- Check the shipping line in the basket before you pay, since international orders add the 55 USD fee.
- Keep the box, certificate, polishing cloth and tag until the return window has closed.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop.
