Shopping at Kassis: shipping from Germany, payment, withdrawal and cashback
Kassis Geschenkartikel is a German gift shop run by Kassis Geschenkartikel GmbH in Hemau, Bavaria. It takes orders from Germany and from abroad, but the two cases are priced differently. This guide covers shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods and the withdrawal rules, so you know the numbers before you fill a basket.
Shipping costs: Germany and abroad
Within Germany, parcels go by insured DHL with a tracking number. Shipping costs 3.99 EUR, and orders from 50 EUR (VAT included) get free domestic shipping. For international orders the shop charges a flat rate by weight, starting at 7.99 EUR per order including VAT. The shipping page does not list the destination countries. Your cart shows whether your address is accepted and what the final shipping amount is.
Delivery times
Unless an offer says otherwise, delivery inside Germany takes 1 to 3 working days. Abroad the shop names 5 to 7 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If your basket holds items with different delivery times, they ship together, and the longest time counts.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts when you receive the last item. You tell the shop in a clear statement, for example by letter or email to [email protected], and a model form is available. You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. Please pack the items in their original packaging, with all accessories, and do not send them back unpaid. The shop refunds your payments including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method.
Two exceptions matter for international buyers. Custom-made goods cannot be withdrawn. And the withdrawal right does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of an EU member state and have their only residence and delivery address outside the EU. Ask the shop before ordering if that is your case.

Payment methods
The shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna invoice. It also lists Mobile Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS and iDeal. Purchase on invoice is possible on request, for example for schools, churches or larger private orders. Above an order value of 2,000 EUR a minimum part payment of 40 percent is required.
Using cashback
Open the Kassis page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) is listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the withdrawal period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A voucher code from another site can cancel the click, so use offers shown on the shop page.
Practical tips
- Add small items to reach the 50 EUR line if you are at 46 or 47 EUR, because the 3.99 EUR shipping would otherwise be added.
- For a bulk or school order, ask for purchase on invoice by email before you order.
- Keep the original packaging until you are sure you keep the goods.
