The site is in French, but it delivers to 39 countries, almost all in Europe, and the delivery prices are listed per country in euros. This guide pulls the figures that matter if you order from the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe.

In mainland France there is also next-day Express Chronopost for €13.99 if you order before 3 pm Monday to Thursday.
Processing and delivery time
The order cut-off is 3 pm Paris time. The shop needs 1 to 2 working days to process an order, then delivery takes 1 to 5 working days. Each product page shows its own dispatch time under the add-to-basket button, and it updates when you pick a size.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receiving the order to start a return. Products must come back in the original packaging with the label intact, unworn and unused. Personalised items, for example printed jerseys or skis with mounted bindings, cannot be returned or exchanged. You make the request in the shop's returns area or from your account order history. Return shipping is at your cost, unless a product is faulty or not as described: then, once customer service has approved it, you get a prepaid label. When the return has been accepted you have 15 days to send the items back. Refunds are made within 14 days. The shop does not exchange directly; send the item back and order again in the right size.
You can choose a refund to your original payment method or a store credit valid for 12 months. Damaged parcels need photos of the item and the shipping label.
