Shopping at eschuhe.de: delivery, returns and cashback
eschuhe.de is a German online shoe and bag shop with a wide range of brands. If you live outside Germany, the first thing to know is that it does not post abroad. We read the shipping, returns and payment pages on eschuhe.de in October 2026 and summarise them below. The shop can change its terms, so check the details at checkout.
Where eschuhe.de delivers
The shipping page says that the shop delivers exclusively within Germany and offers no shipping to other countries. A delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible at the moment for technical reasons. Prices are shown in euros. If you are in the UK, the US or anywhere else outside Germany, you therefore need a German delivery address to order here.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Two delivery options are listed. DHL delivers in an estimated 2 to 3 working days and costs 5.50 € for orders under 59 €. Shipping with Hermes to a pick-up point costs 4.90 € under 59 €. From an order value of 59 € shipping is free with both carriers. Cash on delivery is shown as not available.

Returns and refunds
By law you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. eschuhe.de adds its own right of return that runs for 30 days after you receive the product. Until April 2024 this period was 100 days, and the shop points out that orders placed before 4 April 2024 still follow the old rule.
To return something between day 15 and day 30, the item must be complete, undamaged and unused, with all labels and security elements still attached. Trying it on to check size and fit is fine. You fill in the online return form, either through your customer account or as a guest, and take the parcel to a DHL drop-off point with the return slip. The refund follows within 14 days. Payment
The payment page lists card payment (processed by PayU), PayPal and Klarna. The shop says it is not possible to change the payment method after you have ordered, so choose carefully before you confirm.
Using cashback
Open the eschuhe.de page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3.85%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once eschuhe.de has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If your basket is at 52 € or 55 €, add up what a second pair or a bag would cost against the 5.50 € DHL fee. An item you return does not count for cashback.
- Pick-up point delivery with Hermes is cheaper by 0.60 € under the free threshold, but you have to collect the parcel yourself.
- Return the size that does not fit within the 30 days, because the shop cannot take it back later.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
