Shipping costs and the free-shipping limit
Domestic shipping is free on orders of $125 or more. The shop counts the total after discount and reward codes and before shipping and taxes. International orders and duties

Processing and delivery time
Orders enter fulfilment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards. Within the US, delivery then usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on the shipping class and destination. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, ask the carrier first and then write to the shop. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels can be reported through the claim portal within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Sale items are final. Items must be new and unused with the original tags and packaging, including the ribbon and cardboard wrapping on quilts, throw blankets and robes. The original shipping fee is not refunded. If you bought the optional Redo free returns and package protection at checkout, the return label is free, otherwise return shipping is yours. For an exchange you cover shipping of the new item. Returns go through the shop's return portal, the label expires after 21 days, and the parcel has to be postmarked within 14 business days of the request. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days after arrival, or 7 to 10 in the holiday season.
Payment
Express checkout options are Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Shop Pay can also split a purchase into installments on debit and credit cards. After an express checkout, check the address in your confirmation email, because it can replace the one you typed.
Cashback with Coco Moon
