Shopping at Canada Pet Care: worldwide shipping, returns and cashback
Canada Pet Care sells pet medication and supplies such as flea and tick treatments, wormers and joint care for dogs, cats, horses and birds. The shop says it sends orders to every region and country, which makes it one of the few pet pharmacies that does not stop at the US border. We read the shipping policy, the FAQ and the guarantee page on canadapetcare.com in October 2026 and collected what matters for an order from outside the United States. The shop can change its terms, so check them again at checkout.
Where the shop delivers
According to the FAQ, Canada Pet Care ships worldwide to all regions and countries. You pick your country and state or province from a drop-down list when you enter the delivery address. Prices on the site are in US dollars, and the shop says the charge on your statement is in US dollars as well, whatever country you order from. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee on top, usually a small percentage of the order value. That fee comes from your bank, not from the shop.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 and all international orders pay $9.95 shipping. Tracked shipping can be added for $6.95 if you want to follow the parcel from dispatch to delivery. The shop states that tariff is included, so you should not get a separate customs bill. In the same FAQ it also says that local taxes, customs duties and government fees are the buyer's responsibility and that you must make sure your purchase is legal in your country. Read both statements before you order medication across a border.
How long delivery takes
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, or on the next business day if you order on a weekend or holiday. For delivery the shop gives different figures depending on the page:
- Within the USA, most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
- The FAQ names 7 to 14 working days for Europe, North America, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
- The shipping policy puts international orders at 21 to 28 days after dispatch, and the FAQ says other regions take about 3 to 4 weeks.
If a parcel has not arrived after 21 business days (FAQ and guarantee page) or 25 business days (shipping policy), the shop offers a full refund or a free reshipment. Plan with the longer figure if you need a treatment on a fixed date.
Returns and guarantee
Every order is covered by a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. The shop then sends a return address and a return reference number. Only unopened products in their original packaging are accepted. You pay the return postage unless the shop made the mistake. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, once you have sent the tracking number or the shop has received the parcel, whichever comes first. A wrong or incomplete address and proof of delivery from the carrier rule out a refund or reshipment.
