Park BCP airport parking: airports, price rules, cancellation and cashback
Park BCP, short for Better Car Parks, is a booking site for airport parking, airport hotels, lounges and port parking. You book a space in advance and show the confirmation at the car park. There is nothing to ship, so the points that count are different: which airports are covered, what the price rules look like, what cancelling costs and who you deal with. Here is what the site and its terms say.
Which airports are covered
The site lists parking at about 30 airports, among them Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Newcastle, Cardiff, Belfast International, East Midlands and Southampton. It also lists Dublin and Shannon in Ireland. Hotels and lounges are offered for fewer airports, and port parking is a separate section. How booking works
You pay in full when you book. Short notice is possible: you can book for the same day, and the confirmation arrives by email within minutes. Cheques are not accepted. The site adds a credit card surcharge, which the FAQ explains with the fees companies charge BCP, and the terms say the extra charge for card or PayPal payment is shown before you pay. Prices include VAT.
Two pricing rules surprise many people. Charges run from midnight on a 24 hour basis, per whole or part day, regardless of arrival time, which is why a week is calculated as 8 days and two weeks as 15. And many car parks set a minimum charge. If the quote starts at 8 days, you can book 4 days and use them, but you pay for 8. The price is per vehicle, with no extra discount for a second car. The "gate price" is the car park's own daily rate and can change.
Price Protection
BCP promises to refund the difference if you find the identical product cheaper within 24 hours of paying. Claims must be made within that 24 hours. The comparison must be the same car park, hotel or lounge with the same cancellation terms. It has to be quoted in pounds sterling. Prices tied to a loyalty scheme, staff discount or other offer do not count, and neither do differences of five pence or less. Hotels or parking in the Republic of Ireland are excluded. Successful claims are paid after the return date you originally booked.
Changing and cancelling
Use the View/Amend/Cancel form on the site. The FAQ says all changes go through BCP and follow the terms of each product. There is no amendment fee, but you pay any price increase. The booking contract is with Holiday Extras Limited. Under those terms you can cancel online up to two days before you arrive. The cancellation fee is normally 9.50 pounds for a parking booking or 15 pounds for a hotel booking, unless you added a cancellation waiver at the time of booking. Many special offers cannot be changed or cancelled at all, and the site shows a note before you buy.
Arrival and keys
At some car parks you hand in your keys, so check the "more info" text. If you arrive earlier or leave later than booked, the car park may charge its normal price for the extra time, and leaving early earns no refund. If you have a large vehicle or a motorbike, ask whether the car park can take it without extra charge.

Using cashback
Open the Park BCP page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to 1%) and the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then book and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Park BCP has reported the booking. A cancelled booking reduces the cashback by its share.
Tips
- Compare the car park's gate price with the quote and read the minimum charge before choosing a short stay.
- Finish the booking in one visit and pause your ad blocker, because either can lose the cashback click.
