Ordering from balarugs: delivery to US, UK, Canada and Australia, returns and cashback
balarugs is an online shop for sheepskin rugs and runs on Shopify. It ships to four countries, which makes the delivery page worth reading before you add a rug to the cart. Delivery countries
The shipping policy says balarugs ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, to residential as well as business addresses. Other countries are not named, so an address elsewhere is something to clear with customer service at [email protected] before you order.
Shipping cost and options
Standard shipping is free for all orders. Express shipping is a fixed charge of $15 per order. The total shipping cost is shown at checkout for your address and chosen method, before you pay.

These times already include handling, which takes 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays, and customs, the carrier and the destination can move them. Tracking details are emailed once the parcel is on the way for regions where carriers supply them. Carriers are DHL, USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Delivery guarantee
If the order has not arrived after the maximum time for your country, the shop promises a full refund of the shipping costs or a complete replacement of the item. The maximum window is 40 days for the United States and Canada and 45 days for the United Kingdom and Australia. Contact customer support to claim it.
Check your address
Once a shipment has left, the shop cannot change the address. If delivery fails because of a wrong address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return. The rug must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or other proof of purchase. Start by emailing [email protected]. If the return is accepted, the shop sends a return label and instructions. Parcels sent back without that step are not accepted.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. The policy also excludes perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods and hazardous materials. For exchanges the fastest route is to return the rug and place a new order. If a rug arrives damaged, defective or wrong, write to the shop immediately after inspecting your order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days after the shop has received and inspected the return. Your bank may need a little longer to post the money.
Payment
Checkout runs through PayPal. The shop has a page explaining how to pay by card without a PayPal account: choose the option for paying with a credit or debit card and decline creating an account.
Using cashback
Open the balarugs page at daily cashback, press the shop button and order as usual. The current rate (7.5%) is shown on that page. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once balarugs has reported the order, normally after the return window. If you send a rug back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher and cashback tabs while you shop.
