Olight UK: delivery, returns, warranty and cashback
Olight makes torches, headlamps and knives, and the shop runs separate sites per market. The UK store at uk.olight.com is the one this guide covers. Before you order it helps to know who it delivers to, when shipping is free and what happens if you want to send something back.
Where Olight UK delivers
The UK site answers the question about countries clearly: UK only. The shop says it cannot make international shipments from this store. If you live in Germany or another country, the UK basket is not the right place to order. Olight runs its own local sites, for example one for Germany, and each has its own conditions.
Shipping costs and free delivery
Delivery within the UK is free with Royal Mail when your order reaches £49 or more after discount codes and reward pounds have been deducted. So the amount that counts is the one you pay after reductions, not the list price. Members at the Black Diamond and Legend levels of the Olight loyalty programme get free shipping on every order.
How long delivery takes
Orders mostly leave a 4PX warehouse and the shop estimates standard delivery at 4 to 7 days. Olight adds that nearly all parcels arrive within 3 to 10 days. Delays come from things like wrong addresses, bad weather or customs checks. If you order several items they can be split into separate parcels, because stock sits in different warehouses. You get a shipment email once an item is on its way.
You can change the delivery address only while the order has not shipped. Write to [email protected] or use the live chat on the site.
Returns and refunds
You can send an item back within 30 days of purchase if you no longer want it. It has to be in the same new condition, unworn and in the original packaging, and free or promotional items go back together with the original product. Olight pays the return shipping in this case. If a product is faulty or the wrong one was sent, the shop covers the shipping as well and sends a return label after you apply for a replacement.
You start a return in your account: My Account, All Orders, View details, then After-sales. After approval you get an email and then send the parcel and pass the tracking number on to the shop. Without an order number, contact [email protected].
Warranty
Most torches carry a five year warranty, some series have two years, the X9R has ten years and rechargeable batteries have one year. Accessories such as pocket clips, holsters and non-rechargeable batteries have no warranty. A lifetime warranty is not available in the UK at the moment. Customers in Ireland should mention that in their email, since the same after-sales process applies.

The shop accepts credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit.

Using cashback
Open the Olight page at daily cashback, where the current rate (4%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Olight has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned product reduces the cashback for that item. A voucher code from another site can cancel the cashback, so use only the offers shown on the page.
Practical tips
- If your basket is slightly below £49, check whether an accessory you need anyway gets you over the free shipping line.
- Keep the original packaging until you are sure you keep the item.
- Pause your ad blocker on the shop and finish the order in one visit.
