Engwe vs Fiido: Which E-Bike Brand Is Better?

· 2026-10-08

Engwe vs Fiido: Which E-Bike Brand Is Better? For buyers in the EU who want a simple order, we would start with Engwe: its EU shop ships free on qualifying orders from an EU warehouse, and the 30-day return starts with a label from Engwe. Fiido has the longer warranty on paper, 36 months on the frame against 12, and that can be the deciding point for you. Prices change, so compare the final basket. Status October 2026.

Where cashback applies

Both brands have a page with us: Engwe at daily cashback and Fiido at daily cashback. Read each rate on its own page; the checkout price is unchanged. Begin on our page, keep cookies on, and skip other price or code sites until you have ordered. Your free account lists the order as open, and the reward follows once the shop signs it off.

Returns and cashback belong together

A reward is paid only on bikes the buyer keeps. Return the e-bike and it falls away, so the return rules are part of the real cost.

Engwe gives 30 days from delivery. The bike has to be in the condition you received it, in the original packaging with everything from the box, and the page sets a limit on the distance shown on the display. You contact Engwe first; if the return is accepted, you receive a shipping label with instructions. Parcels sent back without asking are not accepted.

Fiido also allows 30 days for a bike and 7 days for accessories and batteries. An unopened bike in the original box is the simplest case. If the bike has been opened and ridden under 20 miles, Fiido deducts round-trip shipping and a depreciation fee of 30% from the refund. The shipping fee depends on the model. On an order placed with a discount code, the refund is reduced by the discount value, which is one more reason to stick to codes shown on our shop pages.

Warranty compared

Engwe lists 12 months for the frame, fork, handlebar and motor parts, 3 months for saddles, brake pads and similar wear parts, and 1 month for tyres. An extended warranty can be added on the product page, but only together with the bike.

Fiido lists 36 months for the frame, 24 months for fork, handlebar, stem, seatpost, drivetrain, motor, battery and electrical parts, and 3 months for tyres, saddle, brakes and wheel parts. Battery cover also applies when capacity falls to seventy percent of the original. For Europe, Fiido states that spare parts are held in a European warehouse, and for a covered repair you may use a local workshop and send in the invoice.

Shipping and payment

Engwe EU names 25 countries, among them Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and Ireland, all with free shipping and 7 to 10 working days. Most orders ship from the EU warehouse after 1 to 2 working days of processing. Remote areas and islands are not served.

For payment, Engwe offers Klarna and PayPal instalments. Fiido accepts PayPal, debit and credit cards and Klarna. Card payment through PayPal guest checkout does not need a PayPal account.

Who it suits

First e-bike, low fuss: Engwe. Free shipping, a clear delivery time and a 30-day return that goes through a label from the shop.

Long-term owners: Fiido. If you plan to keep the bike for years, 36 months on the frame and 24 on motor and battery weigh more than a quick delivery.

Buyers who might send it back: read both return pages before ordering. A bike that was opened costs more to return at Fiido, and any return costs you the cashback with either shop.

Our recommendation

We recommend Engwe for most EU buyers because of the free shipping and the direct return route, and we say plainly that Fiido wins on warranty length. If a bike has to last many years, check Fiido first. In both cases, only the two baskets show which one is cheaper for your model.
