PandaOffice: digital licence delivery, 30-day refund and cashback

Delivery of a digital licence

After payment, the software licence key is sent to your email or account. The shop's system normally sends the confirmation within one hour. If it does not show up, check the spam folder and the spelling of your address, then contact support at [email protected]. Cases where no confirmation arrives within 24 hours and support offers no solution are on the list of refundable situations.

Using the software at home or at work

Recovery works from hard drives, SSDs, SD cards, USB drives and cameras. The shop recommends reading the product description and using the free preview before you buy, since a preview shows which files can be restored. Save recovered files to a different drive from the one where the data was lost, and stop using the affected device in the meantime so nothing is overwritten.

Refunds within 30 days

A price adjustment request must come within 7 days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, the licence is deactivated and you uninstall the software.

Right of withdrawal in the EU

EU law gives consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, but not for digital content that is not on a physical medium, such as downloadable software or licence keys. The shop states that you lose this right once the download or activation has started. Sales of activated or downloaded licences are final unless there is a verified technical failure, so test with the free preview first.
