Shopping at Wietholt: shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands
Wietholt is a German office and stationery supplier, run by Heinrich Wietholt GmbH, with a private customer shop at wietholt-shop.de. It sells office supplies, paper, ink and toner, school items and more, and it delivers outside Germany to a short list of neighbours. If you order from Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands, these are the rules from the shop's payment and shipping page and its returns page.
Where Wietholt delivers
The shop delivers within Germany and to Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Deliveries to German and foreign islands are excluded. The shop lists its prices in euros, including statutory VAT.
Shipping cost
The shipping fee depends on the goods value, and the same table applies to Germany and to deliveries abroad. Orders up to €59.00 in goods value pay €5.95 plus VAT in shipping. Above €59.00 the order ships free of shipping charges. On top of the shipping fee, the shop records a logistics flat fee of €2.99 for every order. The page adds that DHL and UPS shipments can differ, and it sets out the same scale for bulky goods that go by freight forwarder. Bulky items are marked as such in the product description.
| Goods value | Shipping cost |
|---|---|
| Up to €59.00 | Shipping €5.95 plus VAT |
| Above €59.00, no shipping charge | Free shipping |
| Every order | Logistics fee on top of shipping, €2.99 |
Delivery time
Unless an offer states otherwise, delivery within Germany takes one to three working days after the contract is concluded, and delivery abroad takes five to seven working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If your basket holds items with different delivery times, they ship together, and the item with the longest time decides. Custom-designed goods take longer: the proof is prepared in three to five days and the finished goods follow within seven days after you approve it.
Payment
The shop accepts prepayment by bank transfer, invoice, PayPal, credit card and Klarna. Invoice purchase is open to existing customers or after a positive credit check, and the invoice has to be paid within ten days. Otherwise Wietholt may switch the order to prepayment.
Returns
For consumers Wietholt extends the legal 14-day withdrawal period voluntarily to 30 calendar days. The process has five steps: fill in the return form, wait for approval, then either let the goods be collected (€7.95 per parcel) or send them back free of charge to Heinrich Wietholt GmbH, which applies to ordering mistakes only. After that the goods are checked, put back into stock if suitable, and you receive an invoice correction. Plan for at least ten working days until the credit note is issued and the invoice corrected, because the goods go through the logistics centre in Overath.
Cashback
Open the Wietholt page at daily cashback, press the shop button and place your order in the same visit. The cashback rate (4%) is shown there. In your free account the reward appears as open and becomes confirmed after Wietholt has approved the order. A return reduces the cashback for those items.
Tips
- Check the €59 line before you pay, since a small extra item can remove the €5.95 shipping fee.
- For Switzerland, ask customer service about customs and import tax before you order.
- Keep other voucher or cashback sites closed while you shop.
