Sport It First: delivery countries, UK shipping options and returns
Sport It First is a UK sportswear and trainers retailer with a warehouse in Fakenham, Norfolk, and a list of 13 countries it sends parcels to. If you shop from the UK, the delivery options are simple. If you live elsewhere, a few rules differ, above all on returns. This guide sums up what the shop's FAQ and refund policy say.
Which countries Sport It First delivers to
The FAQ lists these destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. The site header also shows a currency menu with many currencies, so you can view prices in your own money. What delivery to a country other than the UK costs and how long it takes is shown in your basket once you enter the address.
Delivery costs and speed in the UK
The banner on every page says free shipping over £70. The warehouse team aims to dispatch orders within 2 working days. These are the UK delivery options listed in the FAQ:

After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Orders cannot be changed once they are processed; if the parcel has not left yet, you can cancel and order again by emailing [email protected]. Once it has been dispatched, cancelling is not possible. The shop does not take phone orders, so you order on the website or in the app.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original box where there is one. Do not stick labels or tape directly on the box; if you do, the packaging cost can be deducted from your refund.
- UK customers get a Royal Mail return label through the returns centre, and £2.99 for the label is deducted from the refund.
- Customers outside the UK pay the return postage themselves.
- For international orders, customs duties and courier charges are not refunded. You may be able to recover duties from your local customs office, which does not work in every country.
- Once the warehouse has processed the return, allow 2 to 3 working days for the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a little longer to post it.
- Exchanges are free through the returns and exchanges portal.
- Preloved items cannot be returned, and the shop treats those sales as final.
If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, email the shop straight away. A returned product that is worn or damaged can be refused, and the shop may dispose of it after 14 days.
