Shopping at Renude: US shipping, delivery times, returns and cashback
Renude is a Los Angeles based brand selling mushroom-based drink blends such as Chagaccino, Chaga Matcha, Reishi Cacao and Collagen Crush, plus a tincture, a variety pack, a gift box and merchandise. The brand sells through its own Shopify store, so the shipping and refund pages of that store are what count when you order.
Does Renude ship internationally?
The FAQ answers the question directly: at this time the shop only ships within the United States. The shipping policy does include a paragraph on import duties for international shipments, but the FAQ is the clearer statement of where orders go today. If you live outside the US, ask support at [email protected] before you order, or use a US address you can reach. Our site lists the shop in several countries, which does not mean the shop delivers there.
Shipping cost and delivery time in the US
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight, dimensions and destination of your items, and the calculated rate is the final shipping cost. Subscription orders ship free. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. The parcel is then in transit for generally 2 to 7 business days. The warehouse is in California, so delivery to the east coast takes longer. Between Christmas and New Year, plan for more time.

Address changes, PO boxes and tracking
You can change the delivery address any time before the order is dispatched, but not after the parcel has left the facility. Renude also ships to PO boxes and military addresses (APO and FPO) through USPS, since private couriers are generally not available there. You get a tracking link by email when the order is dispatched. UPS packages are insured for 100 dollars, and the receiver can file a claim with UPS if a parcel is lost or damaged. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the shop recommends refusing it at the door if possible and writing to support with photos.
Cancellations, returns and the 30-day guarantee
You can cancel any time before the order is dispatched. After that the refund policy applies. For first-time purchases of the latte blends (Chagaccino, Chaga Matcha, Reishi Cacao and Collagen Crush) the shop offers a 30-day guarantee, and you start by emailing support. Goods are only eligible for return if they were bought within the last 30 days and remain unused, in original packaging and factory-sealed. Products opened after delivery, products that were mixed with other items and personalised items cannot be returned. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded unless the law requires it. You pay the cost and risk of the return, so use an insured, trackable service, and the refund is issued only once the shop has the goods or proof of delivery. A gift marked as a gift gets a gift credit for the recipient instead of a cash refund.
Cashback on your order
Open the Renude page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Renude has reported the order. If you return goods, the cashback for them is deducted.
Handy to know
- Keep the products sealed until you are sure, because only factory-sealed goods can go back.
