Ordering from Petlibro in Europe: shipping by country, returns, warranty and cashback
Petlibro sells smart pet products: automatic feeders, water fountains, a self-cleaning litter box called Luma, scratching posts and toys. For Europe the brand runs a German-language shop at de.petlibro.com, and this guide is based on that one. It covers where the shop delivers, what shipping costs per country, and what to know about returns and warranty before you pay.
Which countries get deliveries
The shipping page lists eleven countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Portugal and Switzerland. Prices are shown in euros. Orders from outside this list are not covered by the page, so if you live elsewhere, write to [email protected] before ordering.
Shipping costs by country
Delivery depends on the value of the basket, and the amounts differ for Germany, the other countries and Switzerland.
| Basket value | Germany | Other countries | Switzerland |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to €30, shipping | €8 shipping | €10 shipping | €16 shipping |
| €30.01 to €99.99, shipping | €6 shipping | €8 shipping | €16 shipping |
| €100 and above, shipping | Free shipping | ||
For parcels to Switzerland the carrier may charge customs fees on arrival.
How long it takes
The shop quotes 3 to 7 working days for delivery. At peak times, such as public holidays or Black Friday and Cyber Monday, dispatch can take up to 3 working days and delivery then takes 6 to 9 working days. When the order ships you get a tracking number by email or text message. If it has not arrived within 5 working days, write to [email protected]. A complete address matters, because the order goes straight into automated fulfilment. If you spot a mistake, contact support right away, and the team tries to intercept the parcel.
Returns and the 90 day Luma trial
Petlibro gives a 30-day money-back guarantee, for any reason, on undamaged products from the day you receive the delivery. For scratching posts the 30 days apply only to unopened, unused items. You organise and pay the return yourself, and returns from outside the EU can cost extra. Do not send anything back before you get an approval email with a return label, and not to the address shown on the website, which is not the return address.
The Luma litter box has its own rules: the shop speaks of a 90-day free trial, and returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. The unit has to come back clean and free of litter, otherwise a cleaning fee of €60 can be deducted from the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment account, and the shop notifies you within 3 to 5 working days after it has received and processed your return.
Warranty
Feeders, fountains, scratching posts and toys carry a 24-month warranty. If something fails under normal use, contact support with the model number and the PN code from the battery compartment or the packaging. For products bought from other authorised sellers such as Amazon, Petlibro offers repair service only, and refunds go through that platform.
Cashback with daily cashback
Open the Petlibro page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4%) is shown. Press the shop button there, then choose your products and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Petlibro has reported the order. If you return something, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can replace our click and cost you the cashback. Current offers are listed on the shop page, and we check them daily.
