Shipping to Spain, Italy and Poland is €8.90 with DPD, and Norway is €12.50 with DPD without VAT. The FedEx rows are usually higher. Fedex deliveries to remote areas carry a shipping surcharge of €20 without VAT.

Delivery time

The shop dispatches within 24 to 48 hours. The table lists 2 to 7 working days for every destination, and for French Post delivery within mainland France it promises 48 hours. With Fedex the time depends on the destination country.

Customs and VAT

Customers living in mainland France or another Schengen state pay no customs duty, since the goods ship from France (Switzerland excepted). In countries outside that zone, the French VAT is removed at the end of the order. Import duties, taxes and other charges on arrival are yours, and the shop cannot tell you the amount, so ask your local authority.

Returns and warranty

The terms give a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt without giving a reason. You bear the direct costs of sending the products back and, if you picked a more expensive delivery method, the price difference to the cheapest one. The refund goes back through the original payment method within 14 days of your notice. Clearly personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged. A two year warranty applies from delivery for defects and lack of conformity.
