Ordering from Glamory outside Germany: shipping to 7 countries, returns and cashback
Glamory is a German online shop for tights, stockings and hold-ups in sizes 40 to 62, run from Kaltenkirchen near Hamburg. It does not ship worldwide. If you live in the UK, the US or anywhere else outside the seven countries below, you will not get a parcel from the shop. We read the shipping, FAQ and returns pages on glamory.de in October 2026 and summarise what applies to a customer outside Germany.
Countries Glamory delivers to
The shop sends to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and Italy. You can switch country and language in the header of the site. Prices are in euros everywhere except Sweden, where the shop shows Swedish kronor. Parcels travel with DHL GoGreen, which the shop describes as climate neutral, and a tracking link arrives by email once the parcel has left the warehouse in Kaltenkirchen.
Shipping costs by country
There are two price tiers. Germany has its own, and the six other countries share another.
| Destination | Shipping cost | Free shipping from |
|---|---|---|
| Germany | Shipping 5.95 EUR | Free shipping from 50 EUR |
| Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Spain, Italy | Shipping 9.95 EUR | Free shipping from 100 EUR |
The gap matters. A basket of 60 EUR ships free to Germany, but the same basket going to Austria still pays 9.95 EUR for shipping. The shop states the delivery time only for Germany, where it is usually one to three working days. For the other countries the checkout shows the delivery time.
Delivery options
Home delivery by DHL is standard. DHL Packstation lockers are available inside Germany only, with a Postnummer. You can enter a different delivery address, for example a gift or an office. If you pay on invoice through Klarna, the delivery and billing address have to be identical.
Returns from abroad
You can send back any item within 14 days of receiving it, under the statutory right of withdrawal. Because hosiery counts as a hygiene product, the goods must be in original condition with the label still attached. Used or damaged items can lead to a deduction. The shop says the return address is the same for Germany, Austria and all other delivery countries, and that you pay the return postage yourself, since no prepaid label is provided. That is worth remembering when you order from Sweden or Spain, where sending a parcel back to Germany can cost real money. There is no direct exchange either. You return the item and order the new size separately. The refund goes back to the original payment method once the parcel has arrived and been checked.
Payment
Glamory lists PayPal, credit card, prepayment and Klarna invoice. Which of these appears can depend on your country, so look at the checkout.
Cashback on Glamory
Open the Glamory page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback appears in your free account as open and becomes confirmed once Glamory has reported the order. If you return an item, the amount for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Outside Germany, check whether you can reach the 100 EUR line before paying shipping for a small order.
- Use the size calculator on the shop before ordering, because the shop mentions no exchange.
- Finish the order in one visit, without another voucher or cashback tab open.
