Shopping at getgoods: delivery by country, returns, payment and cashback
getgoods is an electronics and household online store run by get your goods GmbH in Wernberg-Köblitz, Germany. It is a pure mail-order business with no branches, so there is no pick-up. Its pages exist in German, English and French, and the shop runs country versions for Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Here is what matters for delivery, returns and payment.
Delivery costs by country
In the euro countries the shop charges a flat delivery fee of at most €9.95, except for bulky goods. The exact fee for each product is shown on the product page. From an order value of €150 the delivery is free. All prices on the page are quoted including VAT for private customers, and business customers can switch to prices excluding VAT.
Switzerland works differently, because the delivery fee follows the weight of your basket.
| Basket weight | Swiss delivery fee |
|---|---|
| up to 10 kg | CHF 9.95 shipping |
| up to 20 kg | CHF 13.95 shipping |
| up to 30 kg | CHF 16.95 shipping |
| up to 40 kg | CHF 21.95 shipping |
| up to 50 kg | CHF 26.95 shipping |
Above 50 kg, every further 10 kg costs CHF 4.95 extra. You can ship to an address that differs from the billing address at no extra charge.
Delivery times
Each product shows its own delivery period. If you order several items, the longest period counts. The clock starts the day after the payment order is given to your bank for advance payment or Sofort, and the day after the order for credit card, PayPal or Klarna invoice. When the first or last day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the next working day takes its place. For the dispatch location the holidays of Bavaria apply.
Returns
The shop advertises 30 days of free returns on top of the legal right of withdrawal. You register the return in the returns portal with your invoice number and the postcode of the delivery address, and you generate a return label there. Remove everything that was not part of the delivery. In Switzerland the shop cannot offer a free return at the moment, but the portal gives you a low-cost label. The voluntary 30-day return does not apply to digital content or software with a broken seal.
Before sending back devices with storage, such as hard drives, USB sticks or phones, back up your data and delete personal data. Products with lithium or other dangerous contents follow special packaging and labelling rules for returns, which the returns page explains by code letters on your invoice.
Payment
The payment page lists direct debit, advance payment by bank transfer, invoice, PayPal and credit card. MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted for orders of up to €5,000 or CHF 5,000 in total order value, and a Swiss bank may add transaction fees to card payments. With advance payment you transfer within seven calendar days while the goods are reserved. PayPal also offers instalments, subject to PayPal approval. The shop may exclude some payment methods and ask for advance payment in individual cases.

Cashback on getgoods orders
Open the getgoods page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1%) is shown. Press the button, shop as usual and pay. The cashback appears in your free account as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces it again.
Practical tips
- Look at the delivery period on each product page and expect the longest one for a mixed basket.
- Check the weight of a heavy basket if you order for Switzerland, because the fee jumps in steps.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher sites closed, otherwise the click can be replaced.
