Buying game keys at GAMIVO: delivery, regions, returns and cashback
GAMIVO is a marketplace for digital game keys, gift cards, software and in-game top-ups, run from Sliema, Malta. Nothing is shipped, so the questions that matter are different from a normal shop: how fast a key arrives, whether a key works in your region, how payment is handled and whether you can still return a code. We read the home page and the help centre articles on gamivo.com in October 2026. The site can change its rules at any time, and the full terms were not reachable for us, so check them before large orders.
How the key reaches you
According to the help centre, the key is delivered as soon as your payment is registered. That usually takes no more than a few minutes. Some payment methods are slower, and the help page names zondacrypto pay as an example where it can take a few hours. You find your order under "Orders" in your purchase history. If the status shows "hold", check your support tickets first and open a ticket if nothing is there. Hovering over the "i" icon next to the status explains what it means.
Pre-ordered games are delivered on the official release day or earlier. At the time of our visit the home page listed releases from 22 October to 18 November 2026.
Region and platform
Each offer on the site carries a region label, for example "Global". Because keys are tied to a platform and sometimes to a region, check the label, the platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, EA App, Epic Games, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net or GOG, as listed on the home page) and the system requirements on the product page before you pay. The help centre has a separate question about whether a key works on a Mac.
Languages, currency and payment
The site is available in English, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, and the price is shown in a currency you choose in the header, euro by default. The help centre says the payment methods you see depend on your region and the chosen currency. All options are shown at the payment step, and popular ones are also shown at the bottom of the page.
Returns
You can request a return for an unused key as long as the key has not been displayed. How long you have depends on the individual seller's terms, and requests made after that time may be rejected. Products with an expiry date are in some cases not accepted for return. Steam Gifts follow a different process, so contact support before you send a request. Once a key has been revealed, expect that it cannot be returned.

Using cashback
Open the GAMIVO page at daily cashback. It shows the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we found, each with the date it was last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once GAMIVO has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
A few practical tips
- Do not open or reveal a key until you are sure the region and platform fit.
- Use the same visit for the click and the purchase and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the cashback click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
- If something goes wrong, use the ticket system in your account and keep the order number.
