Shopping at FUFU&GAGA: delivery area, free shipping, returns and cashback
FUFU&GAGA is a US furniture shop for wardrobes, standing desks, dressers, vanities, sideboards and TV stands. Most pieces are big and ship by freight, so delivery rules matter more here than in a clothing shop. Below you find where it delivers, what shipping costs, how long a parcel takes and what happens if you want to send an item back.
Where FUFU&GAGA delivers
The shop sells and ships only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. It does not deliver to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or other remote areas outside the carrier's zones. PO boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses are excluded, and so are freight forwarders. If you live outside the US, this shop is not an option for a direct order.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Front door delivery is free of charge and is the default option. Smaller items go out by courier, also with free shipping, as long as the order is not cancelled or returned. The shop does not offer expedited shipping.

Pre-sale products follow the date shown on their product page. If your order is more than 5 business days late, the shop says it will send you an email. Large items are not sent by courier; the local delivery team contacts you to book a time slot.
Returns and refunds
The shop offers a 35-day return policy, counted from the day you receive the item. The piece must be in the condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If it came disassembled, return it disassembled. Personalized items, assembled items, open box items and anything marked non-returnable on the sale page cannot be returned.
Keep the boxes until you are sure. Without the original packaging a return is not possible. Please also read the cost rules before you order: if you return an item or refuse a shipment on the way, the shop deducts a shipping and processing fee. For a courier parcel it names USD 80 for one freight; for truck delivery it names USD 300 per item and freight. Damage or manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery are handled separately, with photos of the package, the item and the labels sent to the customer service address.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The shop says it processes them within 3 business days, and most banks need another 3 to 7 business days.

Using cashback
Open the FUFU&GAGA page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item. A voucher code taken from another site can cancel the click, so use the offers on the shop page.
Practical tips
- Measure doors, stairs and elevators first. The shop asks apartment dwellers to check whether a Certificate of Insurance is needed.
- Check the delivery estimate on the product page; it is updated in real time.
- Inspect every carton before you sign the proof of delivery, and note damage on the form.
