Smaller destinations such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Romania and Serbia are served by the national post at 25.99 € shipping. Hungary at 11.78 € and the Czech Republic at 10.65 € cost less shipping. In France you can also choose Chronopost Express at 13.99 € shipping, delivered the next day before 6 pm if you order before 3 pm from Monday to Thursday. Heavy or bulky articles can add extra shipping costs, shown at the delivery method step of the checkout.

How long it takes

The order deadline is 3 pm Paris time. The shop gives 1 to 2 working days for processing and 1 to 5 working days for transport. The shipping time of each article is shown on the product page just below the add to basket button, and it can change when you pick a different size. At a pickup point you collect the parcel with an ID and the tracking number from the arrival email.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. The product must go back in its original packaging with the label still attached, so do not tear tags or soil the item. Personalised products, such as printed shirts, cannot be returned. You start the return in the returns portal or from your account order history, with your name, date, order number and a reason.

  • Return costs are yours, with no refund of them.
  • If an item is faulty or not as ordered, and customer service confirms it, the shop takes over the return with a prepaid label.
  • Where a prepaid label is offered for a normal return, its price is shown first and deducted from your refund with your consent.
  • After approval you have 15 days to send the items to Spacefoot SAS, Service Retour.

If a parcel is damaged in transit, contact the shop soon after receipt with photos of the item, the parcel and the shipping label. The shop promises an answer within 48 working hours when the request is complete.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal, which allows payment in four instalments. Bank transfer is available from a minimum order value of 300 €, and Klarna for orders from 700 € up to 4,500 €. Some methods depend on your billing country, and the checkout lists what you can use.
