Shopping at Dream Pairs: US and UK delivery, returns and cashback
Dream Pairs sells women's, men's and kids' shoes, with sandals, flats, boots and sneakers as the core. The shop runs two storefronts: dreampairs.com for the United States and uk.dreampairs.com for the United Kingdom. Its brands Bruno Marc and Nortiv 8 sit under the same roof, and one member account covers all of them. Delivery is limited to those two markets, so it helps to know the rules per market before you order.
Where Dream Pairs delivers
On the US shipping page the shop says that shipping is only available within the United States. The UK storefront ships within the United Kingdom. The country selector in the header offers the United States with US dollars and the United Kingdom with pounds, and adds that more countries are opening up. Some addresses are excluded in the US: P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and some remote areas. In the UK some items cannot be sent to remote islands or areas.

The shop does not offer expedited shipping at the moment. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Taxes are not added on all orders: in the US the shop collects sales tax in the states where the law requires it, and you see it at checkout once the address is entered.
Delivery time
Dream Pairs estimates 3 to 7 business days in both markets. Remote areas, bad weather, holidays and busy seasons can add time. After dispatch you get an email with the carrier, a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping fee is not refunded. To start, log in, open My Orders, select the order and the reason; guests contact customer service. An approval takes up to one hour for unshipped orders and one to two days for shipped ones. After the parcel arrives the refund goes back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. The shop does not exchange items: you return the first pair and place a new order.
Registered users also get a 90-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects. For a claim you send the order information and photos. Return shipping is on you unless the defect is reported within 30 days.
Payment methods
The shop accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, and the FAQ adds American Express and Diners. Afterpay, Amazon Pay and gift cards are for US customers only. Afterpay splits the total into four payments, one every two weeks.
Cashback with daily cashback
Open the Dream Pairs page for the US or the page for the UK at daily cashback, where current offers are listed and checked every day. Press the shop button and order as usual. Your cashback (up to 5%) first shows as open in your free account and turns confirmed once Dream Pairs has reported the order. A returned pair reduces the cashback for it.
Tips
- Pick the right storefront: the pound prices and the 62.3 GBP free shipping line belong to the UK shop.
- Add a small item to a basket just under the free shipping line, if it is cheaper than the shipping fee.
- Keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
